Her mom was the first person to wear pants in her school? Only way that's impressive is if her mom attended a religious school with a strict dress code and she went against the norm (seriously - women wearing pants was a common thing back in the 60s/70s).

Also, unless her mom graduated from the police academy and became a cop/was a cop until her illness got in the way, joining the police academy means jack squat.

Losing a family member really does suck, even if your relationship with that family member isn't all that great. I know that.

I don't know what she said about her mother in the past, though, so can't really comment on hypocrisy on her part. Would be great if someone could collect some of the shit she said about her and post it.

Scroll down to the section where they discuss her 'modeling' career; Suzy claims she had an abusive childhood and heavily implies her mother was the abuser (emotional abuse, by the sounds of it, because she didn't support Suzy's dreams).

Feel free to disagree with me; but I think if a parent mistreats their children as they're growing up that the child has very little kind things to say about them while they're alive, it's more than a little weird that that same child praises the 'abusive' parent as their personal hero after said parent dies.

Both are equally gross; but I think using a family member's death in order to get more ass pats from fans who are clueless as to how toxic the relationship supposedly was prior to the death is particularly shitty.
 
That nameless new show/podcast type thing they are doing will probably never have anything interesting on it. Arin doesn't have to answer any questions. He can just give stupid "wacky" responses all day long and the fanbase will eat it up.

Exactly. Ross had to go visit his mom with cancer, but he went on hiatus and didn’t make a big show of it because it’s his personal fucking business.

Y'know, I'm actually thinking shitty jewelry is worse, assuming Suzy's telling the truth about her mom, which she isn't. If her mom really was abusive, who cares what happens to her legacy? At least Suzy gets something out of it now that she's dead. I still can't imagine being so desperate for attention that you would go through that twisty logic to justify fishing for asspats, but at least you're not screwing over people who are alive.

No, you'd just lying to your followers that you're utterly heartbroken over losing a beloved, totally awe inspiring/trend setting mother (drinking in all that love/support from considerate people; because who wouldn't feel pity for someone who lost a loved one?) when - in reality (or, at least, according to Suzy's opinion), her mother was an abusive witch who brought her up in a toxic home.

If Suzy had reconciled with her mother prior to her death and they were actually on good terms, then I'm sorry for her loss and regret my earlier comments/being so insensitive; however, if this is all a ploy for sympathy pats from oblivious fans, Suzy is more wretched than I thought.
