The problem is that his fangirls are already, shall we say, on a spectrum or two and usually have a special interest in Grumps, idolizing him and Arin beyond reason. And after spending years of their life listening to him talk, they feel they know him personally. The Let's Play format allows for one-sided infatuation that way because it can serve as a socialization simulator. So when Dan leaves the girls high and dry in whatever motel room she paid for, it's extra heartbreaking to them. They probably feel like their idol betrayed them.
Being a manslut with tons of one-night stands is whatever, but IMO Danny needs to stop acting like he cares about these girls as more than fans before he pumps n dumps. The girls who expect more than casual sex from Danny Sexbang are delusional, but still. And ghosting afterwards is an asshole move.

I bet the book is chock full of dicks. I can't say I'm surprised these sold considering the fan base. But I can say my disappointment in the human race grows exponentially for every second I spend on this site.

Not as much abhorrent behavior as the other stories have shown. It is consistent with Dan treating women as disposable while pretending to care about them and sourcing sexual partners from his fanbase.

Until solid evidence comes out, I’m inclined to believe he’s less of a “groomer” and more of an immature guy who hasn’t grown-up from thinking that nailing barely legal/early 20s girls en masse is a thing to be proud of. I’d even wager he’s disordered in some way that makes him incapable of connecting interpersonally unless sex is involved; whether a fear of commitment or that he’s just socially maladapted when it comes to people his age.

Is it creepy? Yeah, sure. But it’s creepy in that way that it is when your friend’s 40-year-old, recently divorced dad marries a woman only a few years older than his daughter. You’re more skeeved out by how cringey it is and you’re left wondering what a grown man has in common with someone that young.

I worked with a guy like Dan years ago. He chased chased tail younger than him, despite him being in his late 30s. He’d find some girls and date them for a few months or a couple of years, and then he’d get fed up and dump them. Apparently, they were annoying/whiny/had bad money habits/needy and other predictable phrases and adjectives.

I think on some level he was lonely and wanted a deeper connection with someone (who doesn’t?), but I don’t think he fully understood what having that kind of relationship entailed emotionally. I think he also felt he had nothing to offer women his age because he wasn’t in the same phase of life that his peers or old classmates were. He admitted once it was hard to find women his age that didn’t have kids and he wasn’t ready for that kind of situation (at least he was honest). There were a lot of factors that led him back to the land of Thottery.

Looking at the samples for the coloring book annoys me; as a few of the samples has so much inked in areas, there's barely any area to color. What's the point in having a coloring book when half the images are blocked in with ink? Hopefully, the majority of the 'coloring book' isn't done up like that.

I do hope they have a list of who submitted art for this thing; because they sure as Hell didn't make it.

I’d argue that Dan isn’t thread material yet, but if he starts sperging out on his own then possibly.
Arin left to his own devices had proven himself time and again to be retarded, and very loud about it. Dan, as far as I know, doesn’t do much outside of Grumps and NSP.

Yeah, though it's easy to mistake as Arin due to the autistic rage, some comments point out that it seems to be a reference to "The Man" that Julian makes up in some earlier Let's Play.
