It's often said around here that one of the big things that makes a lolcow a lolcow is a lack of self-awareness and I don't think there's a tard more self-aware of how autistic they are than Cory.

That's mostly because Karl Pilkington is a character. There's an actual man named Karl Pilkington who plays him on the Ricky Gervais Show and An Idiot Abroad, but that's not really him. In the same way Ben Stiller on The Extras was playing the character of Ben Stiller, an exaggeration of himself.

Cory is 100% himself. It's beautiful, really.

Not that it tempts me to buy any of that garbage; but, damn - even Grumps merch doesn't get that much of a discount. Are they that hard pressed for cash? Or has Starbomb disbanded and they're ridding themselves of useless merch?

I'll give them this, the prices are actually affordable now for the public they're trying to reach, but why does it take 14 days to process an order? Most online stores tend to ship orders on a limit of 7 days AFAIK. And even then, some usually take less time to do that.

And I'm probably late as fuck on this, but I didn't know they recently used Gatchaman inspired designs for Starbomb. I fail to see a reason for this other than weeb pandering (like a less disgusting version of the Dirty Pair/Game Gyaru bullshit).

I have no words for this next bit. I think he's lying. He's planning on selling a dildo molded after someone else's dick, and read up on the process for the anecdote. This is because the Grumps are losing fans and relevancy, and are trying to sell more merch while they still can.

Game Grumps was never a kid-friendly channel... wasn’t at the start, definitely isn’t now. Especially with Dan the sleaze-bag as a co-host.

Of course kids make up the majority of their fanbase anyways but that’s besides the point...

Kid-friendly in the way that Smosh was kid friendly. It was full of raunchy jokes and swears that appealed to 10-15 year olds because it was "naughty" and they felt badass for not looking at typical family-friendly content.
