what could arin offer on an alternative timeline where jon took over game grumps? more girlchan in paradise? no thanks. I wonder if jon had taken the helm instead for game grumps if it would've ended like how oneyplays episodes go, relaxed, more genuine and just dudes hanging out and talking about dumb shit while playing games, hm, sounds kinda like how old game grumps was

The fact that everyone that Arin tried to banish came out with a more consistent and and less cringey viewer base, will always be poetic to me.

I agree, I think its more a point that all his most popular clips are actually with people he doesn't associate with anymore. I definitely understand why they'd wanna keep it brand friendly.
 
Arin playing custom L4D2 crap with Funhaus. Kind of impressive how he's both somewhat tolerable around other mature and actual-competent gamers like Funhaus, while also.. Not really having any presence. I didn't even realize it was Arin til halfway in while actively watching it. Sour thoughts aside, he still seems to have a sliver of potential to rip free from this GG shit, maybe continue jewing money from it behind the scenes, and then making actual decent content.

I'd say optimistic rainbows for a GG-less Arin, but, the dude's acted like such an ass even before his GG days, is what I've come to learn.

Selling puzzles as a merch item isn't a bad idea, really (it's something that provides hours of entertainment to the more constructive audience); but, for the price they're charging, they could have gone with better artwork. (honestly, you can find far prettier puzzle art with the same amount of pieces in any store, for cheaper than $20).

The tank top is just sheer laziness. Also, the timing for this is weird. Why not offer this merch option in late Spring - you know, when things start warming up ; instead of the tail end of Summer, when things start cooling down?
