Considering Adult Swim was “violently trying” to get it green-lit for over a year, I’m not surprised in the slightest.
Why would this piss off Arin?
Because Zach Hadel (psychicpebbles) is one of the showrunners and was one of the longtime Newgrounds friendships that Arin threw away. He's essentially the first of that whole Newgrounds group to get a TV green lit, but hasn't been the only one to get success from continuing the animation/voice actor path they took. Arin gave up on animation, and all the offers he was getting for voice actor, regardless of how minor the role, have been drying up because he never bothered expanding his vocal range so all he has is Game Grumps with its diminishing fanbase.
That would be when someone tried to take a spoon he was using to eat a whole tub of ice cream.

Fully animated? I think it was his Girlchan in Paradise, which went nowhere. I remember him doing animation for one of his Starbomb videos, but the bulk of the animation was done by Studio Yatta.
It was done by someone else; Arin just added those aged/film lines to it, I think.
That branding thing doesn't seem to be helping his channel's merch shop any, though.
I'd be curious where he'd try to take his humor. His art style if he picked up where he left off is still very much old school Newgrounds, but he's sworn off that website as a racist hellhole. I'd watch his first one at least to see if it retains even a semblance of his original personality. Unless it's behind some sort of paywall, in which case I'll wait for some other tard to pay for it and upload it elsewhere.
