I've recently been re-creating CWCVille in the ARMA 3 Eden editor. Do you guys have suggestions for things I could include?

Well imagination is important... despite all his autism Chris has never made any consistent layout of CWCville.
CWCville Mall is an obvious one. You can use Chris's actual CADD project with its ridiculous proportions.
