I hope so. If that isn't the case. Then he's probably one of the Spergier adults that's come across the Farms. No one should this an unhealthy obsession over Mega Man, much less post nothing but fetish art about it in stupid attempts to hide your lust over it. Seriously, I think even Connor was better than this guy.

Though if he is a kid/teen, this does lead me to ask as to why he'd even want to be here.

Frankly I'm more amazed that he's been here for seven months and never even looked at the rules.

People who have been here for 6 months usually graduate to disregard the rules. It's not even that they're enforced as hard set rules anyway, they're posting guidelines that you can get penalized if you break them but the enforcement is inconsistent.

Yeah, the inconsistency between not halaling Conrix or that guy who admitted being turned on by poop and then halaling this run of the mill sperg is baffling me somewhat. I'm cool with neither of those being Halal'd, but yeah.

Usually the requirements are that there should be actual content that separates the Lolcow from a run of the mill sperg who inhabits the site. Connor is a lolcow because he was told many times to leave, he was told that countless times, it's only at that point that he became a Lolcow.

Several of our members powerlevel way harder, have arguably shittier posts, are bigger spergs and are given more chances to reform their posting yet they're not Lolcows. Is the measure of a Halalcow just not having been embraced by the social circle of the site before one lets out their embarrassing autism?

Autism is hard to pin down. My guess is that he's in his early thirties, though. It seems to me like Megaman was a favorite franchise during childhood so he clung on to it like Chris did with Sonic.

Megaman was still going at the time. On the Playstation/2 you had Megaman X5-X8, and there was the Megaman Battle Network and Megaman Zero games on the Gameboy Advance, both of which went on for several sequels. There was enough of Megaman on both Sony and Nintendo platforms to expose ABR to the franchise.

Based off a guess, he probably posted something in one of the lol-cow threads. The guess is on lol-cow threads due to the power level ratings he has. As to the context, he must have posted on an old thread that either has no steam or his post literally had no relevancy to the topic.

honestly, I think that the measure of whether or not you end up being halal'd is whether you:

1) Are endearing enough that people like you too much to halal you (see: @TrippinKahlua).

2) Find a friendly group of Kiwis that you can discuss stupid with shit, on or off-site.

Like most people, I honestly just think that it's connections that determine whether you're perfectly fine or a complete and total dumbass. A lot of the most prominent members here have said a lot of embarrassing shit, but they're loved too much to be put on an open flame.

To tie back to Reploid here, he's... not lucky enough to find someone that views him as anything more than just mildly obnoxious. Obnoxious in an amusing way, yes, but still obnoxious at the end of the day.

I disagreed but wanted to elaborate. Usually halal threads devolve into a bunch of barely better nerds yelling. Very rarely do you get a mapdark or my best friend Connor (who does get his share of yelling nerds).

But reploid seems like... Just wonderfully odd. This seems like a great use of halal to me. There's nothing gross or malicious. No stalking, no deviancy, he's just super excited and I love it! He doesn't hang out in the threads I frequent and without this I most likely wouldn't have seen any of the bizarre and funny stuff he's said.

Regardless of his "worth" of a thread I dig the little guy. I hope he stays around forever he's a riot.

This is basically the whole reason I made this thread. I don't want to see ABR harassed; he's just spergy enough to deserve a highlights reel. As far as Clown Doll's observations go, I'd argue that all of his examples actually managed moments of coherency and conformity during their times here. You could read the average Conrix post and not even notice anything amiss. People like that only get shunned when they integrate enough to let their guards down and show the true, inner deviant that lurks within. On the other hand, can anybody find even a single one of ABR's posts that isn't either spergy or contextually meaningless?
