I finished watching it. It matches up with other reviews. He’s probably angrier now than he was then (I think this was filmed in 2015-16).Somebody dropped the Chu Chu documentary on YT, and I'm watching it now. He is one greasy, ugly, misshapen ogre of a man.
I believe this should work.

Find out How a Man Hacked Jeopardy! | Who Is Arthur Chu? | Documentary Central
Arthur Chu hacked Jeopardy! and won big. Now, he's using his newfound online celebrity to battle dark forces on the internet as a blogger and cultural pundit...youtu.be
Edit: I tried a different link this time, give it a shot.
There is one scene where he’s talking to a school group and he starts talking about the Hulk and how the Hulks weakness is his anger and I think he was trying to make a point about being aware of your emotions and controlling your anger. But it must have started to make him self aware so he changes the subject mid-thought and starts babbling incoherently, which he does several times in the doc.
I get the sense that his parents were strict and he probably got bullied for his awkward behavior and poor hygiene as a kid. Rather than better himself and take some of that criticism, he doubles down on that behavior and seems to find some sort of virtue in being an angry unclean guy. At one point his younger siblings have to fix his clothes and wash his hair for him.
Also, the doc said he quit his insurance analyst job and was working full time on a book. Based on that and his tweeting history it looks like he’s been unemployed since then (going on at least six years now).
