Well, this is rather the problem. It’s easy to lambast other people for not giving up their lives the way you have when you didn’t have a life to begin with.
Given his weight, this is probably unwise. However, it would be darkly hilarious if sitting at home, raging at people for not quarantining caused him to have a fatal heart attack.

Ya know, Arthur, if you're still living in a constant state of fear and suffering because of a minor disease with a 99% survival rate that is NEVER GOING AWAY you should really truly think about killing yourself. I can't imagine you have anything to live for anyway, and you might as well go out on your own terms before Covid doesn't kill you.

He's upset over the possibility of losing his sister, who is almost certainly the only family member who actually still talks to him, so it isn't psychopathy. He has always emanated off-the-charts autism vibes though. The lying in bed motionless for hours, not eating thing is exactly what I did when I suffered severe zinc deficiency brought on by a reaction to an antidepressant, but it is also consistent with autism, which causes cellular zinc levels to be abnormally low. In combination with a poor diet (doesn't he eat mostly Cheetoes?), it's easy to imagine an autistic person's zinc dropping to such perilous levels. Low zinc causes a lot of problems including depression, irritability, lethargy, hypothyroidism, immune deficiency, loss of appetite, low libido (has he been thirstposting lately?), skin problems, loss of sense of smell and taste, loss of night vision, white spots on the finger nails, and diarrhea. The hypothyroidism can lead to other problems, such as low body temperature and hyponatremia (low sodium), which can cause orthostatic hypotension (that is, very low blood pressure causing you to feel faint after changing between lying down and standing up).
He needs to take nutritional supplements, not just to keep him from dying if he ever does get COVID, but to improve his quality of life. Unfortunately, he seems too cheap to spend the money. If he improved his health, he'd have enough energy to work though, and his finances would actually improve. Right now, he sees only death and decay around him, because he's too sick to work and as a result is surviving on his ever-dwindling savings and lives in mortal terror of what will happen if he gets COVID. Not to mention his sister's health problems. But if he improved his physical health, his mental state would improve, and he could make up with the rest of his family and not have to fear being alone.
He really shouldn't, given that if he dies in his current spiritual condition, he's going to Hell. Jesus loves him, but also respects our free will. And Arthur has freely chosen Hell (even if you don't believe in Jesus, you have to admit that this part is true, as he has chosen to turn his life into a living Hell).

Arthurchu and his clique think nuclear families are hotspots for abusing queer kids. They disregard the obvious reasons that would make a parent would act more in their child's best interest than a teacher. And it seems to be a pattern with this type of person - that they've all had (or at least claim to have had) abusive upbringings.
In fact, I don't think it's too much of a controversial statement to say that those woke-arse schools intervening between children and their unwoke parents (the very thing that HB1557 takes a shot at) are mostly, if not entirely, the pet project of individuals like this one, thinking: "Because I can't/won't trust my parents, NO ONE'S parents should be trusted."
Ana Mardoll (another cow who RTs Arthur obsessively) is just like this also. Texas mom lives rent-free in her head, the usual story. Makes me wonder if Arthurchu has his own source of beef with his parents, and if so, why don't I know about it? I've only been following him a short time, but I don't recall reading anything about it so far.

Intact nuclear families are associated with the best outcomes of any type of family structure. Fucked up families produce people like Arthurchu, although this chink might have just been destined to be a complete piece of shit from birth.

I think it’s mentioned in his documentary but his dad cheated on his mom at some point. Also he’s a strict no-nonsense stereotypical Asian dad.

He didn't indicate a source or what they had done but elsewhere in that thread he did start to suggest that he had been abused as a child and would have preferred being whisked away into the foster system. But considering that it's Arthur saying this now to try and justify his misanthropic position in a Twitter argument I'm going to withhold judgment about his parents.
For some reason this puts me in mind of Zarathustra's speech in the marketplace. "Behold, I teach you the Arthurmensch. He is the wallowing. He is this antness."
