It looks like it's a dissolution of marriage, which is kind of like a divorce except that both parties agree to end their marriage amicably. It's a joint petition, so they would have both filed for it.

It wouldn't surprise me if the whole "I hate white people" chimp-out was the moment his wife realized that Arthur would never stop being a lazy manbaby and decided to ditch his ass.

That would probably have been a little late for her to realize that, since it looks like they filed for a dissolution of marriage in the middle of September and their marriage was legally dissolved at the end of October. (And the tweets Ohoolihan shared suggest that maybe she'd realized a long time ago.)
