'm not saying she is doing any gay ops. I'm saying she is dropping the hammer on her ex because his Crackeita antics are getting her and her kids unwanted and undeserved attention.

Again, I don’t buy it.

She seems like a fairly smart woman who’d understand that whatever happens to Aaron, will come right back to bite her and her kids in the ass.

And probably more so than Aaron.

What some farmers don’t understand, is that once you have kids and coparent, you quickly get to grow up in how you relate to your ex. Again: “Throwing the hammer” at Aaron, means that hammer swings right back and hits you.

And again: If she had a problem with any of this, rather than gayops and risking shit, she could just go onto her socials and write a statement.

This all seems to be related to Rekieta anyways, as this is pretty old news that wasn’t leaked until now.

My bet would be that the leaker is some Karen with the local authorities, or a potential lolcow who wants to stroke his e-peen knowing the farms are talking about it.

I'm not saying she is doing any gay ops. I'm saying she is dropping the hammer on her ex because his Crackeita antics are getting her and her kids unwanted and undeserved attention. That's every bit her right. She is the one who filed a report of the restraining order violation. I think it's likely that a friend, family member or neighbor alerted her to the whole situation, and that Aaron was talking about her on his show and in interviews in connection to it.

As for the document drops? If it wasn't for the failure to redact the kids names, I would suspect her lawyer. These are both docs from the county family court. These are in relation to a matter her lawyer is surely researching for her. He would know right where to find these. But he would also be good about stripping out the kids names.
She/her lawyer surely don't have access to hard copies of Rekieta's CPS documents. (Also, no lawyer worth two cents would risk his livelihood for this penny-ante crap.).

Both the CPS and the HRO docs are available publicly. Anyone who can get to a terminal can access them. All you need to do is go there and search.

It doesn't take an "insider" to get these documents. It would take an insider to get paper copies not via public access. But why bother with connecting with insiders to get paper copies when you can just take photos of screens available to all and sundry?

And if Ashley wanted to "drop the hammer," she could have done so at any time. The original docs included all of the allegations in the current set. The latest docs are dated 6/10/2024 and related to a violation, iirc @Balldo's Gate [I think it was]'s comment. The HRO and its content has been out there for much longer. I suppose it's possible @MNPublicRecords, as the poster of the CPS docs, could have been clued in, sent docs, or alerted to the violation by an interested party. But it's literally available to anyone who can reach a mn courthouse.

All that said, I need to correct an error. When I saw @Balldo's Gate 's comment about the HRO violation in June, I assumed I'd just missed that doc in the original drop. But in re-reading I see that the violation doc was posted on X, not with the original drop. The original petition goes back to 1/1/20204, with the order dating to April 19ish, 2024, which was what mn public records posted. April could have had access to a hard copy of the 1/1 petition (and shared with anyone) (I'm assuming Aaron would have a copy). But unlikely that by 4/19/2024 she'd still have had the same level of access to Aaron's physical papers, given the situation at that point. So I'm still/back to those docs coming, like the CPS docs, from a public access terminal, but I still wanted to correct my comments.

And nothing that is already public is a "leak."

This face/pose puts me in mind of some old-fashioned picture of a spoiled brat in a sailor suit, maybe with a lollipop. Unfortunately because the world is the way it is online atm, when I searched "boy sailor suit spoiled" with and without "brat/illustration/lollipop," I kept getting suggestions for cosplay and images like this

Which is NOT was I was looking for. God.

This is the closest I got, sorry Buster Brown:

She seems like a fairly smart woman who’d understand that whatever happens to Aaron, will come right back to bite her and her kids in the ass.
Well, she married that coked-up cuck, though.

That said she seems to want the kids to have a father even if he's kind of a piece of shit she wants nowhere near her. That's a lot more than a lot of women in her position would do. Also, neither of them seem to be using the kids as pawns in some grudge match, even if they're at odds. I mean Aaron genuinely sucks, but is amazingly the least awful of a bunch of awful people.

Except he's not.
So who's better then?

We have April, a homewrecking slut who has helped destroy not just one, but two families.
We have Kayla, a weak failure who completely failed to protect her own kids from Balldo's insane behavior and may have personally abused them herself.
We have Balldo himself, that just speaks for itself.

Which of these Balldoverse people are better than this guy?

Unless you're including Ashley, which I'm not, because she is not a Balldoverse personality, but if you do for some reason include her, she's obviously the best.

Yup, kudos to those two for being able to co-parent and at least not make that part of their kids lives miserable.

What some people here don’t seem to understand is that Ashley is smart enough to understand that if she fucks with Aaron, it comes right back at her.

Aaron loses income? Guess what: She’ll have to spend more on the kids.

Aaron is depressed because of leaked online bs? She’ll have to assure the kids it’s not their fault that daddy is sad.

Aaron loses custody for whatever reason? Ashley will have to deal with the kids acting up. And have like SIX kids at home 24-7, something I’m sure her new husband would just be over the moon over.

I've seen divorces that went full War of the Roses and it never ends up well for the kids. Their evil parents fuck up their lives in their endless warfare against each other, and the only people who profit are the lawyers.

Divorce suits are the Chancery of modern society. To quote Bleak House yet again: "Suffer any wrong to be done to you rather than come here."

Give the bitch literally everything. Unless there is absolutely no other choice (like she is abusing the kids), stay the FUCK out of family court.

"Would you rather eat a poop or a shit!?"

None of these people are good. Aaron is scumbag and a manipulator who started to pretend he has morals only because he got kicked out of the polycule for being a dead fuck.
You people need to stop acting like he's seen the light and is a good guy now. Anyone who's known about him before he even got involved with the rekietas haven't changed their opinions about him throughout this whole ordeal.
It's only kiwis who are hyper focused on Nick that seem to think Aaron is a good guy and believe his nonsense about being a sex god with Kayla and heroic father figure who decided enough was enough and just had to get his kids out of there.

Aaron isn't to blame for ruining his own marriages? April isn't even the one who ruined his first marriage, it was some fat chick he used to hook up with. He's seeing the same fatty again now that he's single, he refers to her on his show as "slam piece".

Can't blame April for jumping ship to the Cokietas either. You honestly expect her to stick with the abusive manipulator who can't even make her cum?

Also, neither of them seem to be using the kids as pawns in some grudge match
So you didn't even read the text messages in the documents this thread is about?

Incidentally her many allegations also included physical abuse of April that doesn't appear to have been part of the discussion as yet. Did any of Aaron's many tell-all segments address this little detail or was it conveniently left out? Will the Rekietas use it to play the hero, having taken April in not to a drug den but instead an impromptu battered women's shelter? Only time will tell...

Sorry Aaron, life doesn't always work out the way you pretend it does.

It’s well documented that they had a strained relationship. The restraining order was also known and discussed heavily by his a-logs, as Aaron mentioned a few times on stream he was not allowed to talk about his ex-wife and would be in trouble if he did, including legal trouble. The domestic abuse allegation is just that, an allegation, as people are allowed to say anything in ROs. Does not mean it’s untrue, but doesn’t mean it’s true.

Personally, I’d like to say that I believe in April. And I believe in her accusations just like I believed her when she came out of jail and announced that she wasn’t an addict, that none of it was her fault and someone did it to her.

Ethan Oliver Ralph by virtue of being a lazy, worthless deadbeat piggy silently coping in some Mexican crackshack, away from his spawn and the women he's abused. He can't even abuse his own mother anymore because she's dead.
also, any random lolcow is better than aaron

aaron is a part of the dabbleverse.........that's the "untouchable class" in the lolcow caste

Does not mean it’s untrue, but doesn’t mean it’s true.
It also doesn't much matter if true or not. The HRO was between Ashley and Aaron. Ashley relates April's words (true or not, she is saying she had reason to and did believe them) to support her assertion that their harassment caused her reasonable fear - a substantial adverse effect to her safety, security, and/or privacy, which are the grounds for an HRO.

She related April's words in response to the question asking for a description of the alleged harassment. It was a lead-up to saying she (Ashley) was afraid for April after hearing about that and couldn't sleep as a result. She also said that Apr and Aa had a history of domestic abuse between them [interestingly and cleverly impliedly described as mutual, but also lacking factual support as written]. The narrative continues that once Aaron found out April had confided in Ashley about his squeezing/ "head-butting" April [which was not what April said in the text, but whatever], both Apr and Aa started being aggressive and disparaging, and harassing Ashley.

In the answer to the next question, where petitioner is asked to describe in what ways respondent frightened petitioner, she describes the radio show and Aa's and Apr's nasty show about the idea of murdering Ashley.

In sum, the reference to Apr saying Aa got physical with her/other references to abuse in their home is really the just the scene-setting for the harassing messages. It also, of course, supports a reasonable belief that a possibly volatile ex-husband who would get physical with his own wife, and that unstable wife, both of whom were aligned against her, contacting her when she said do not, and laughing and worse about murdering her, in front of hundreds or thousands of people who were fans and therefore partial to Aaron, presented a threat to her safety, security, and/or privacy (remember she also filed for an HRO against April).

In other words, wrt physical domestic abuse, she didn't allege that Aaron physically abused April, but that April told her he did, and Ashley believed it, and asserts that that belief supports the reasonability of her fear that something might come of it.
609.748 HARASSMENT; RESTRAINING ORDER.

Subdivision 1.Definition.

For the purposes of this section, the following terms have the meanings given them in this subdivision.
(a) "Harassment" includes:
[...] repeated incidents of intrusive or unwanted acts, words, or gestures that have a substantial adverse effect or are intended to have a substantial adverse effect on the safety, security, or privacy of another, regardless of the relationship between the actor and the intended target;
[...]

Subd. 3.Contents of petition; hearing; notice.

(a) A petition for relief must allege facts sufficient to show the following:
(1) the name of the alleged harassment victim;
(2) the name of the respondent; and
(3) that the respondent has engaged in harassment.
[...]The petition shall be accompanied by an affidavit made under oath stating the specific facts and circumstances from which relief is sought.

But now here's a question: was there a pre-existing HRO or TRO? Bc the hearing on the petition was held 4/19/2024, and the date of the Order appears to be 4/23/2024. The criminal complaint related to alleged violations, dated 6/10, alleges violations between 3/24 and 4/10, all of which dates are before the hearing and Order dates for the HRO.

1719778148461.jpeg

I looked to see if HROs can be or are retroactive to the date of the petition, but MN Stat. 609.748 subd. 5 states, "When a referee presides at the hearing on the petition, the restraining order becomes effective upon the referee's signature." So I'm a little confused about this criminal complaint.

Other thing - I would be interested in seeing the Affidavit in Support of an Order to Show Cause for Contempt of Court (form linked from here), which is what should have been filed prior to referral to criminal court, and who filed it. Per 609.748 subd. 6(h),
(h) A violation of a temporary restraining order or restraining order shall also constitute contempt of court.

(i) Upon the filing of an affidavit by the petitioner, any peace officer, or an interested party designated by the court, alleging that the respondent has violated an order issued under subdivision 4 or 5, the court may issue an order to the respondent requiring the respondent to appear within 14 days and show cause why the respondent should not be held in contempt of court. The court also shall refer the violation of the order to the appropriate prosecuting authority for possible prosecution under paragraph (b), (c), or (d).

You said he's the least awful. And nice cherry picking reply to only one small part of my post, stupid.
I was replying to the part I disagreed with, dumbfuck. Only morons quote an entire post instead of highlighting what they're actually responding to. And you quite literally said:
"You people need to stop acting like he's seen the light and is a good guy now."
How does the context change that in the slightest?

I am not "acting like he's seen the light" and I'm not saying he's "a good guy now."

Do you understand or do I have to put in smaller tard words for you?

Riiiiiiight. Aaron's ex-wife is sticking up for the woman who wrecked her marriage? Head butted and squeezed till could not breathe? Lololololololol sounds like a wrestling match and ghey
April isn't the woman that wrecked his marriage, it was some fat chick Aaron calls slam piece. Ape showed up after her.

And you have no retorts for anything else I wrote. You're a fat retard.
