A small clarification for the community happenings post:
Ashley has petitioned for a Harassment Restraining Order against him.

The order is not new

While I did not have access to the case docket or any documents therein at the time I wrote the Aaron Imholte OP, it was already obvious that there had been an order for some time.

From the OP:
It is worth noting that at the time of the divorce in 2019, neither Ashley nor Aaron had restraining/harassment/protection orders:

Aaron has racked up several traffic citations over the years, including two separate speeding tickets within a few days of each other on February 17 2024 and February 19. In one of the citations, it is mentioned that "THERE WAS AN HRO IN PLACE FOR THE RO".

While the Steel Toe detractors on Reddit missed this information, it was noticed after it was learned that April was being represented in her own speeding ticket case by Nick Rekieta in April 2024.

Note: according to policy, information on HROs (harassment restraining orders) do NOT appear in the online system to view Minnesota court records. Therefore, it is impossible to verify whether Ashley obtained an HRO at least when using the online system, though it's unclear otherwise why he implied he would have to "spend the fucking night in jail" if he openly talked about his ex-wife.

See also the following from earlier in the Aaron Imholte OP

In a curious incident, from the evening show on April 8th, 2024, Aaron later appeared to admit that he had previously made reference to his ex-wife Ashley when discussing "Crowder" and making "Crowder analogies", saying he "got a letter" over the matter. Even more curiously, Aaron muted his mic to tell his co-host something, leaving the camera on. Aaron remarked to his co-host that "You’re laughing at something that they have no idea why it’s funny," adding "I can’t legally say the funny part [...] Do you want me to spend the fucking night in jail? Is that what you want?"

A possible, but unverified, amateur lip reading of the muted portion is added in blue below:

"By the way, let’s not talk about Crowder or make any Crowder analogies, I don’t want to get a fucking letter again, Jesus Christ. [You got a letter?] Oh, I got a letter. ? From Ashley’s lawyer. Said we were talking about them. ? Which I - which - which, which, which by the way I was, I tota- I 100% was, but, you know. I thought I was being subtle."

The dates on the document are NOT consistent with when I believe the order to have been in place. For instance, the e-signature at the end of the document appears to have been dated in late April 2024. Inconsistent with the dates in the quotes from the OP.

(EDIT: This was not specified but upon examining more closely it turns out that what was posted appears to be two separate documents stitched together, one from January 2024 and the second from April.)

It's very odd. The order is dated right at the start of the year and he's forbidden from even talking about her publicly, yet he has consistently mentioned her.
As tracked in the Aaron Imholte OP, Aaron had stopped mentioning her by name and only mentioned her obliquely like Ralph does (it was the similarity to how Ralph discusses his exes on air that piqued my interest).

He started mentioning her directly after confirming his divorce, around the same time he said he had reconciled with his parents (who he was estranged from because of April).

I had assumed that they had compared notes about April and modified the order once April Imholte left to become Nick's live-in coke whore.

Aaron Imholte's retarded show having actual fans is less believable than the cops dusting Rekieta's kid in cocaine.

Wasn't she on his show more recently than that?

she's hamming it up to help her case
Once again, this is Aaron's first ex-wife's restraining order. April, as far as we know, has never petitioned for one against Aaron. The ex-wife states that April was harassing her alongside Aaron within the document.

Could a mod edit the OP to clarify this for people?

These pages are very washed out, so I tried to "treat" them. I couldn't find any program that could adjust the contrast and brightness in one go without fucking it up. So I had to manually adjust each image individually... After much tinkering some pages continued to be a very painful read experience with unreadable segments. But I hope I achieved a overall less painful experience for you all.

PS.: it’s still shit quality tho… I couldn’t do magic unfortunately :(

You can find both versions here. Adjusting the levels curve didn't help as much as I would've liked...

That's who I was talking about, I could have sworn he had her on at some point but maybe it was before the restraining order?

yeah I know. She could be exaggerating her ex-husband's danger to her for her own purposes.

I predicted it, they're going to try pinning all of it on super-cuck Aaron. All that coke was his and nobody who lived there knew anything about it...
Wouldn't matter whose coke it was originally, matters who possessed it at the time, which was the Rekieta's. The standard for constructive possession in Minnesota is :
There are two methods by which the State may prove constructive possession. Id. The State may show that the police found the item in a place under the defendant's exclusive control to which other people normally did not have access. State v. Florine , 303 Minn. 103, 226 N.W.2d 609, 611 (1975). Alternatively, if police found the item in a place to which others had access, the State must show that there is a strong probability (inferable from other evidence) that at the time the defendant was consciously or knowingly exercising dominion and control over it.
State v. Harris, 895 N.W.2d 592, 601 (Minn. 2017)
So on the first point he likely already fucked himself because
a)safes in your house are likely considered places that other people don;t normally have access to, and
b)being the legal genius that he is, he opened his stupid fucking mouth and talked to the cops. Specifically he stated the master bedroom was where he and Kayla slept, and that April only slept in the spare bedroom (which again implies other people don;t normally have access to the master bedroom).

However lets assume he beats the first point and successfully argues it wasn't a place under their exclusive control because that's where Aaron used to go to plow Lady Rackets, that just brings us to the second point. In this case, even if it legit was Aaron's originally and he put it there, it's kinda hard to argue they weren't "consciously or knowingly exercising dominion and control over it" since, months later, it was still inside safes, inside their rooms, in their house. Moreover given they can infer from other evidence that opens up shit like the cokestream, and his general behavior/demeanor and potentially the drug tests he took.

Yes he did. As far as I know, she hasn't been on his show since before he left the radio station. Which was years ago. As I said, the fact that the order exists is not new though, all that is new is the alleged underlying claims which prompted the order.

She could be exaggerating her ex-husband's danger to her for her own purposes.
Unless she completely fabricated those quotes about how much they want her murdered, she’s not exaggerating shit. The YouTube comments seem to validate the quotes.

We have long known that April and Aaron are degenerate, low IQ trash. But now we can see the full court press of insanity they subjected his ex to. It’s just a shame April didn’t fight back and beat his flat ass.

Not as much of a bombshell as the first doc you dropped, because Imholte is a boring Count Cumia wannabe cuck, but thanks regardless based BalldoLeaks™ leaker. :semperfidelis:
I’m glad to see @MNPublicRecords fully understands that all of these adults are irredeemable garbage. No mercy, fren.

Meh, this is old stuff.

Aaron already talked about this numerous times.

As for April, I’d hardly consider her a reliable narrator.

Don’t get me wrong, is she a chick that needs to be seriously dicked down? Most definitely.

Is she also a chick who’d regularly try to start shit by making up stories? That’s also affirmative.

Could you show me several places where Aaron's talked about the mother of his children's restraining order against him for abuse?

As far as many of us here are aware, this is new information.

Edit: I may have found one instance of it. Following it up.

He talked about the restraining order against April and against him talking disparagingly about her numerous times.

And I’m not even a regular listener to his show.

Did he mention the physical abuse allegations or just brushed the doc off like a crazy ex looking for a RO?

"He pushed his face in mine, ... me and said evil things"
Can anyone read the missing word?
