That post was like a year old, but thanks. I guess.

Also, here's a link to OP. Is it that very first meme in the OP that is the reason for the weird legal bullshit that just happened?

It looks exceptional https://patents.google.com/patent/US20080258550

Based on the text, I am guessing this is supposed to be a rubber-tracked vehicle that can operate at highway speeds? I don't see the benefit. Any track that is rubber is going onto smaller vehicles like maybe a tiny Bobcat forklift. What the fuck do you need to do that you need a Bobcat going 65mph?

1. Highway speed tracked vehicles are a known quantity and have been for literally decades, that's the whole point of the Christie suspension.

2. Putting rubber tracks over road-going vehicles is also not unheard of in cold climates, but it was more a pre-WW2 thing.

3. What the fuck is going on in this thread

You've never wanted to race a Bobcat or tractor down a muddy field going 100 kmh?

Looks like some euphoric atheist with a Star Wars-sounding name who hates Christmas also is involved with a bunch of bogus and fake academic journals and conferences which he uses to publish random garbage (and apparently make some money?) to give himself an insane list of titles and accomplishments. Some guy named Bhanu Prasad apparently has made it his life's mission to take down Ashu Solo and his associates and made a shitty meme that got Ashu pissed off and has landed him in legal trouble.

Or something like that, it all sums up to "Ashu Solo is a fraud".

Hey, Ashu Solo?

Kill yourself.
Well considering that he'll be back behind bars if this case goes south, which it has, he's probably gonna have to do it in shame since his career already kicked the stool off.

I'm trying to follow along here but this is so fucking weird. Especially @widowers houses and his posts. For example:
I just met Ashu Solo for the first time. Following a court hearing, while still in the courthouse, Mr. Solo and I had a conversation in the hall.
I'm happy to say I've had the wrong impression of Mr. Solo all along. He is a kind, decent, honest, well-dressed, individual.
He did say "ya wanna go outside?" At first I thought it was a threat but quickly realized it was merely an invitation to calmly discuss the issues some people might have about him. It was a nice chat.
What I didn't expect was that he is so good looking. Hunk, toned, tanned, and handsome. Good thing I'm a man, otherwise? Wow.
One thing was a bit upsetting, however, he made fun of my advancing Parkinson's disease and mental health problems. Considering Solo's and Bishop's advocacy on behalf of the disabled, for Solo to mock me in a public location for a disability I have no control over, is troubling.
Maybe a slip up? Or does Solo have other issues?
What the hell are you talking about? Is this an experience from a source? Or are you talking about your own personal encounters? Or is it a joke?
forwarded from source to me: latest email from Solo:

"The plaintiff is going to sue you for every instance of defamation including the defamation today in the Smith thread, even if it takes three civil claims. You're soon going to realize your defamation was the biggest mistake of your life.
By the way, I just heard one of your fellow kiwi farmers did a school shooting last week killing two people and himself as I'm sure you know. Sam Smith wrote an article about this:
http://matthewhopkinsnews.com/?p=5538
Why does Solo mention Kiwi Farms to your source? Does your source also visit Kiwi Farms? Does Solo know of Kiwi Farms independently of your source or as a result of him or her? More context is needed, especially since the 'legal' request that was sent out as a result of the successful lawsuit filed by Solo's business partner was only one of more than 50 to other websites, so Kiwi Farms doesn't really seem to be as a central to this whole thing as the e-mail suggests.
The sad saga of Solo and the talk show radio host continues. With tear-soaked cheeks. Solo emails the radio host and bemoans the horrible treatment he's been the victim of simply because of his courageous human rights advocacy.

"Because of the guy who attacked me over my civil rights cases, I got a severe rib bruise and was in extreme pain for a week. He also punched me in the sides of the head. I had to take anti-inflammatory pills for two weeks. That gave me an ulcer. Then I had to take proton pump inhibitors for six weeks to heal it. I still cough after eating as a result of the ulcer. I had to go to the chiropractor and massage therapist many times to heal from the rib bruise."

"I got a bad eye twitch for 3 weeks."

"I got physically attacked by a guy who recognized me."

". . . made me suffer from extreme anxiety for a few days. I could barely eat or sleep."

Ambulance. Stat!
TO THE RACIST PIG RATING MY POST: SHOVE YOUR RATING UP YOUR ASS!
Why did you quote what you said at the beginning of the very same post and what does that have to do with the rating you got?

This has got a lot of potential, but you are confusing the fuck out of me and a lot of other people.

This:
I’m an interdisciplinary researcher, electrical engineer, computer engineer, intelligent systems engineer, political and public policy engineer, mathematician, and entrepreneur
Does not jive well with this:
I’m also a progressive political writer, progressive activist, and civil rights activist

Also, the only Star Wars resemblance I see is this:

Edit: I'm trying to insert an image of Nien Nunb, but I'm just too fucking incompetent.

That post was made the same day that the court order was made - 5 May 2017. I doubt that's a coincidence.

Ashu Solo attached the meme as an exhibit in a motion to have online publication of details of the case prohibited (the motion was denied). One of his grounds for seeking the motion was that he's received threats during the proceedings and the meme was tendered (along with mean emails) as evidence of those threats.

This is legitimately the first case I can recall where mean comments on the internet actually get used as evidence to win a case in a lolsuit.

I mean we just recently witnessed Maddox getting denied for every single claim he brought and Dick wasn't even there.

Here's the motion without the supporting documents. It won't let me add it to my above post. He attached the meme in support of point 6.

He specifically references the meme in his affidavit supporting his motion.

After reading all of Asshule Solehole's filings, I can now translate them into English.

They appear to be transmitting a fairly simple message, though.

"I am an absolute and utter faggot."

I will stand by that.

Wow, I remember this guy way back in middle school. There were some overly religious people who made a stink about the old War on Christmas and prayer but mostly everyone just ignored him and went on with their days. All these years on he's still obsessively and frantically wielding his legal sword. The more things change the more things stay the same.

One would have thought he would stop, but I guess not. Doxing isn't a crime, he doesn't have a clue what defamation is (like any other cow), and what's a "impersonation judgement"? What person would want to impersonate this dumbass? This guy can't even afford a lawyer, it's why he'd rather go to Human Rights or beg his daddy for the money. He should have stayed in his literal shithole of a country instead of coming to Canada.
