@Hardline Traditionalist, since the iridescence (hologram) aspects of your original image is crystal clear, I decided to base her design from Alice in Wonderland and turn her into vodka-chugging Gopnik instead. Design is by both of us. The criss-cross trim of the skirt is by me, and the main design is by me. Otherwise, the color coordination is also decided by Nesbian. Rest is by me, with hologram assets snagged from Clip Studio Paint.

Here's one of my followers, who is the only janny that follows me. Me and Nesbian agreed to co-op on design an OC per se, her requests and how the final design would reflect on the character. I'm not adapt to Lolcow Salonology and actually have no interests in them, but we have similiar sense of humor to Fatrick Hoglinson and similar taste.
@Thé au lait, here is the OC. I nicknamed her Fululu and take some aspects from Hiodoshi Ao. The pose reference reminds me of Vietnam's many snack vendors that has cute semi-anime like chibis or round art styles as their logo branding. They're always going to guarantee attraction with the youngsters, especially homemade milk tea brands. Also, we both like milk tea, so that's why there's boba tea in the request. I was originally going to parody the Gong Cha logo, but it was too late, sorry.
I might sound gay as shit for saying this, but the gorls may like her.
