I do like his content, and I watch a bunch of his videos, however his chat is absolutely fucking retarded (so I'd never participate in it).

He does make me laugh, and I enjoy his personality. For the most part I agree with his politics, but I find that for some things here or there he is not entirely educated on it, or as logical or fair as he'd think.

One of the most disgusting things about his behaviour in my eyes is his cruelty to cockroaches, which I know people don't care about because "roaches", but it makes me sick when someone rejoices in cruelty towards an animal that's just existing there.
 
asmongold looks like a hippy so i cant like him but im the same as him on politics no radical just common sense moderate and mild sort of mentality he doesnt doom and gloom alot or get emotional or extreme like we hoots rise up kinda stuff but also not weak sense of morality either, in a word balanced or normal. hes a good guy but i really hate his demeanor just rubs me in that wrong way but hes respectable and entertaining enough

His Mom was on welfare when he was growing up. He disagrees with the idea that junk food should not be allowed for purchase with food stamps. He felt like he and his Mom were entitled to it. He may be wealthy, but he is still a bum spiritually. That being said, he does at least have some work ethic when it comes to streaming and is decent at it. I do listen to his content a few times a week at least, I just wish he didn't talk like a retarded zoomer. Drives me nuts.

The 2% figure Asmon keeps bringing up is based on the FBI crime statistics of who is committing the crimes. Which iirc happens to be done by the same 2 or 3% of criminals who are repeat offenders. Latest FBI figures were from when Obama was POTUS.
 
I believe he has talked about one of the solutions he would put in place, which is to put that dangerous 2% of the population (an individual being a "2%er") where it belongs: jail or a mental institution, which would drastically benefit society (metaphorically, just like taking the absolute most rotten apple out of the basket, it will benefit the entire thing by just eliminating the root, as there is no reason to put up with it).

More or less, I am only paraphrasing.

Nevrons I believe are just retards, criminals, etc, sometimes used by people in chat as a comical substitute for the n-word when the topic is african scammers, fraudsters, felons, and so on. I don't think this is a racial insult, but it sometimes may be (by his chat, I don't believe he uses racially charged terminology with such intention).

afaik he has absolutely no hand in making the youtube vids, they're just fan editors that he took on officially because they were having problems with demonetisation.

I believe that pets frequently disappear near Asmongold's residence due to the presence of numerous rats and cockroaches, which tend to scavenge cats that venture too close.

One thing he mentions is that these aren't core American experiences, but are just scenes from movies that theatre kids think childhood was like, clips from movies perverted via an extended game of telephone.

I'm not American, so I don't know how accurate that is.

I've seen similar with Moviebob, where kiwis say his experience with school bullies (dumb jocks in tapout shirts and letterman jacks) are taken from movies like Revenge of the Nerds and have nothing to do with real life.

And here's an Indian calling him out for being fake and calculative with what he says then explains how he's inherently a psychopath who goes out of his way to contradict himself when it benefits him.
 
I like his vocal cadence and prosody, it's funny to me. People seethe about his ""politics"" but it's all shit that I've already known for 10+ years. Cope and sneed.
