Note the extra middle name people might not be related to him and be unfortunate evans named matthews. These are all domestic cases or related to being sued by an apartment (lol) from what it seems like.
EDIT2: he has lived at Riviera Apartments thus this case is likely 100% him. He also might be in a feud with a family member.
