I mean odds are pretty good he's on some kind of disability. Getting approved in Canada is much easier than in the US, especially if you're this blatantly exceptional. Not sure what his deal is beyond nebulous Autism but if he's too inept to keep his house at least somewhat clean then he probably got railroaded straight into federal financing as soon as he was deemed a legal adult. If he has no work history that can actually work in his favor for getting approved; they might've attempted to give him work just to help him build a resume with some volunteer hours or even workshopping but they can't really force him to show up if he's too incompetent to handle a job site.Makes sense. I'm trying to piece together what kind of tugboat this dude is on, because he's definitely on a tugboat. Reservation casinos in the United States frequently do per capita distributions of their profits, meaning that every member of that particular Indian nation gets a lump of free money every month just for existing. Back in college I had a professor talking about how great this is and how the money absolutely doesn't get immediately spent on firewater and meth.
His income arises from somewhere and I doubt he earns it himself, so this is interesting.
