Of course you cant compete on scale. The end goal would be fragmentation until things are no longer easy to govern.

One way is higher taxes for implants. Just moving in? Pay 35 percent tax if buying a new house. Add the amount of paper work moving in. Im sure there are other ways

Friends, the time has come to depose OP as queen of Faggotville, by force if necessary. He has levied egregious gayness against the people of the land and allowed no means to redress our grievances. I propose we draft a new constitution, one under which homosexuality will be shared equally by all citizens, rather than being horded by one miserly aristocrat.

Anyone talking about these things on the internet is either a fed running a gayop or unreliable as they don't know how to have infosec. The only way to have a possibly successful insurgency is to form an independent cell with people you know IRL and keep that shit quiet amongst yourselves.

Federal intel apparatus combined with big tech's "intel apparatus" makes it almost a guarantee the people any insurgency wants to go after will know about it before anything goes on. As muh_moobs said above, anyone openly discussing this is either against you or too dumb to get anything done.

I think a modern domestic insurgency could actually function reasonably well but you'd need leadership to have a tight lid on everything and rely on very educated people to maintain secure communication. Realistically you'd have to be like ISIS and other groups where you have centralized leadership but the day-to-day is handled on a cellular level with very broad orders disseminated among channels knowingly infiltrated. If one cell gets got, it needs to be incapable of screwing over the others.
It's just so difficult to do that the people who would normally do these sorts of things (angry young men) are very unlikely to get anything off the ground and the people capable of it are usually too comfortable or have too much at risk to go for it.

So the prospect will almost always glow unless it's your buddy Bill talking about it randomly while you're talking about current events or something.
