Age is in the mind. The body ages, and that process can't really be controlled, just managed. But if you keep using your mind, you'll keep developing your mind, which can go a long way to combat the effects of age. There's an old saying, "You're as young as you feel."

I've been in a monogamous relationship for decades. AIDs is not a serious concern given my circumstances.

But if you keep using your mind, you'll keep developing your mind, which can go a long way to combat the effects of age.

The most important thing is just that, use your mind. It's like a muscle and if you don't use it you lose it.

One can learn a great deal here, and one can share a great deal of knowledge here, just like it was on the redboards. Believe that for most people discussions here or on similar boards are far more stimulating than most discussions with other people in real life. Least that's what I have found over the past twenty-plus years.

A poll of KF user ages would be interesting, as I suspect there are more of us on the wrong side of 50 than many Farmers even realise.

My guess is that the typical Farmer is in the 30-40 age bracket; old enough to remember when the Internet was made up of thousands of disparate communities instead of a handful of megaplatforms owned by corposcum and controlled by the (((left))).
