I think watching him flip out about being banned would be more entertaining than letting him live under the delusion that he runs the place, is all. You see what happened before Pamela and Melinda got banned, right? Their threads were literally the same thing every day, them saying dumb shit and kiwis responding to it, leaving no room at all for actual discussion. This is what I see happen in the Tom board constantly, which is why I think it'd be better off without him disrupting the conversation by engaging tard-raging at everyone.

imo he's at his wits end, the money from his uncle was supposed to fund some sort of legal campaign which in his mind was going to bring the farms down. I'm fairly certain the last lawyer he talked to told him it was a fools errand and he would likely be told the same from anyone else he asked. That on top of his clearly failing mental fractalities has him simply clanging out words to show his frustration.

He'd need to find a drunken fraud like Kevin LanDUI to take his money. Even a marginally ethical lawyer would know it was malpractice to take a senile old dying man's money to sue over nonsense. Imagine him bringing this case to a lawyer and telling him he wants to sue for libel for being called a doggy diddling child molester. And the lawyer asks him if he is. And he's all "well let me tell you about Sabrina, she was almost 15, you know, and is older now. And the dog died years ago!"

Personally I side on a ban for a week or two. It's at the point where he literally spends all his time saying the same broken-record bullshit. Might encourage some videos or other content. He's shortcircuiting, and the feedback loop he's trying to control is dull.

It's fairly clear his lawyer dropped him at this point, his unclebux are gone, and he's not getting any mumbux until at least February.

Plus he's not going to drive that unregistered, uninsured Pre-Teen Cruiser if he's stuck here in a constant brainfart. Who knows, he might wrap himself around a phone pole?

Do yourself a favor and actually listen to this dude. He may sound like an a-log, but I think you would do yourself a favor taking a page. Instead of wasting your time with something that will likely fail miserably due to short funds and lacking strong leadership give it to a deserving group with proper leadership.

Short term ban won't really do much, Tom is due for a mental health induced vacation soon or he will just drop off the face of the earth for a few weeks like he did at the end of August, and parts of October. It's all part of his Zoom and Gloom cycle.

Libel is only actionable if it is NOT TRUE, and we have archived video proof of these things
AND statutory rape is still rape.

Fair, you've got more awareness when it comes to his repetitive behaviour. Definitely seems to be a regular, almost quarterly thing. I'm still thinking that vehicle, if it ever actually moves off the lot anyways will likely be what gets him in trouble. He's regularly arguing about how he has 15 days to get its issues fixed up and the paperwork ready for the road. It's already been 4 days. If he drives it illegally, especially with any overdue fines already on record, I could easily see the cops throwing him up for a hot minute. If only to give the poor people working in records some peace.
