And I assume it also involves autism, because it's a special statute specifically for autists that was passed in 2020.

Not for students who are mainstreamed by their parents. Demand a standard education, get standard grades.

its not really "written" but a multiple choice test done on a computer.

But even on a multiple choice test you still have to make the right choice. Chris makes bad choices.

He probably failed it a couple of times until his deep seated desire to be able to drive to the GAMe PLACe whenever he wanted prompted him to memorize enough to barely pass.

That's my suspicion. Or he did enough retakes that he finally randomly hit the right combination of multiple choice answers, His actual driving record indicates he never internalized the knowledge. He may have learned the right answers for the test, but never made the connection to applying that knowledge to actual driving. That's not to say he ignores stop signs etc. but that he only stops from learned repetition. He doesn't understand why, for example, you yield on a left turn, just that you do. Anywhere he has to figure things out for himself based on the rules, he's fucked.

tl;dr: Chris and parking lots are a dangerous combination.

Unfortunately, Chris has gotten used to living in the way he's wanted to for decades. He's lucky he's in a separating wing of the jail with a cell all to himself. He won't like sharing a space and will end up being hot potato-ing between group homes and shelters. I wish weens would get Chris an RV because with that, he has a place to stay, and he won't wear out his welcome wherever he goes.

I am partial to his FUTURE MESSAGE video. He was 25 back then, and he looked like a weird and awkward yet confident, optimistic and kinda interesting young fella. You can tell there is potential in this man from this video. I truly believe he could grow up to become a half-functioning member of society, judging from this footage. He could lose some weight, dress appropriately and groom himself, but otherwise he just looks and acts like an average high-functioning autistic young adult.

He hit the wall pretty early, somewhere in his 20s. He was a fairly cute nerd in high school and could have had an okay girlfriend if he was psychologically normal.

If you look at the bottom of his Cwcki page it shows a number of photos of him all through college, the last from 1952 when he was about 25, the same age Chris was when the trolling started.

My old folks are crazy about their RV. Sooo many summer breaks being dragged along in that thing against my will on some camping venture as a teen…

Just the notion of Chris maintaining an RV toilet is laughable in it’s absurdity.
