America's criminal justice system fucking sucks lol I get that this is supposed to make things fair but if I was a juror (even if I had NEVER heard of chris) the facts would be laid out.
-DNA evidence of chris diddling his mom
-history of violence offenses
-history of stalking and sexual harassment
-obvious sham "transgender status"
-clear abuse of his autism disability status to be a wellfare leach and get out of consequences in the past that went unpunished
-confessed his crimes to multiple people
-no regret for his actions
-clear intent to reoffend
I feel like a jury could make decision on this in a week. A year is an ungodly about of time to come to a decision on such a clearly open/shut case.
Maybe if chris was a boomer in some far left place like Portland or San Francisco I could see a bunch of old hippies "wanting to think about it" but really?!? In red right wing virgina they aren't gunna throw the book at him and move on an obvious degenerate tyranny faggot rapist.
The dna evidence, assuming they got some, fine.
Confessions to multiple people and one recorded, ok.
The history of stalking and harassment, he does not hold any priors for that.
Yeah, he did it, but it’s not relevant to this case.
Violent offenses, yes, but it’s not like everyone who has attempted vehicular homicide or maced someone has gone on to fuck their own mother.
So, again, not relevant to this case.
Whether he is a genuine trans woman or a massive agp troon, irrelevant.
Has he ever said he would fuck Barb again?
He seems to prefer to never see her again if it means he can’t live at his house.
Courts and justice systems have to ignore things that are not intrinsically related to a case.
Unfortunately in this case, they are willing to accept autism as a mitigating factor. Not automatically to get him off, instead to factor in the best course of action regarding him and his conduct.
If being a childish, sex obsessed, retard who thinks that pretending to be a girl is a good way to meet women was a crime, then yes, he is guilty as fuck.
Unfortunately it’s not actually illegal to be Chris.
