IANAL, and probably late since I'm at work and don't have time to read the whole thread. But since people are still speculating a wide array of answers, from my understanding, the waiver of indictment typically precedes a plea deal. In Virginia, this has to be presented in person by Chris. And I'm assuming the transport order is transportation from jail to the Superior Court to do just that. But again, IANAL.

Chris is going to say that he foresaw this, somehow. Which makes me wonder why the idiot doesn't just dodge like Neo in the Matrix from the cops if he saw all of this coming.
Perhaps Chris has the most truly cursed superpower: an ability to see the future, while being too retarded to understand or influence it.

One day the Sonichu demons will overrun this Earth and we will know that his prophesy was true.

Maybe Nostradamus was an early Chris?

Perhaps Chris is the Anti-Christ of Nostradamus quatrains, but even Nostradamus’s broken mind, confused by sights of power lines and air planes could not grasp the horror of Trooned out Chris…..

From what people have said he'll have a small shelf or a box to limmit what he can own and it's not beyond reason they force him to clean it up and dispose of items especially if he starts trying to get smart and game the system, the day's of Chris having an abundance of toy's to play with are comming to a end especially if he's in a group home.

It's not that he won't have any like the Homeless Saga would imply, but he would have just enough to play with and leave him wanting more but not having it leading to Chimpouts, that could have a worse effect on him.
really it depends on how big thew home he's going to and if its a group halfway type home or a fullon downie day camp.

If it's a big facility with a large staff that's still underpaid and overworked having to take care of mongoloids who could smother them in their sleep if they wanted, then yeah at best he'll have a small box or shelf and there will be limits to not just how many toys Chris can own and the types. Nothing that can be made into improv weapons so maybe only soft plushies and a couple figurines.

If it's a small home with a couple mostly well behaved albeit still untrianables and Chris gets his own room he can get a good amount of stuff but he'll have to earn it and understand it's a privilege and his toys can be taken away and put in the "group room" at any time.

Still, it's 3 am where Chris is and we only know he's been transferred someplace, not released, nor has his case been fully resolved. Sealed and maybe closed...till next year. speculation is all we have for now.

Maybe Nostradamus was an early Chris?

He'd qualify on his version of the Dimensional Merge shit, he wrote so much random crap about his visions of the future your bound to find a way to justify anything in his works and since his rediscovery people have been using that to sell books using carefully selected passages from his work as justification.

I was shocked too at first. But when you think about it, he's autistic and a troon. So he can pretty much do whatever he wants.

It'll be Kengle. I know he said he was done with Chris after the whole "get my mom into a nursing home so I can have my toys" thing but he won't pass up a chance to get in Chris's good graces.
Either him or Ralph trying to get an exclusive interview

Perhaps Chris is the Anti-Christ of Nostradamus quatrains
Chris does seem to be one of the best candidates for the antichrist just given, well, he's Chris. Jesus was fairly intelligent, and a good person, where the anti version of him would basically be Chris. Chris doesn't understand good vs bad, especially in terms of genuine human well-being, and anything "good" Chris does only benefits him. He's certainly not even remotely intelligent, and seems to operate exclusively with whatever benefits him the most. There's theories that the antichrist will be some suave, evil genius, but no, they're going to be Chris. Love the sinner and hate the sin? Chris would rather 180 both of those aspects.

Knowing Chris, he has a way of fucking up a good deal some how.
a group home would be a fucking excellent deal for him. but he would have no idea how good it'd be. regular therapy in which he can spout his delusions of godhood without being directly challenged, caretaker-mommies who can be sexually harassed with very few consequences, social interactions with other people, trips to the outside world, the kind of regimented daily schedule that autists find comfortable. if he had the right attitude about it and the place wasn't a complete shithole, he'd discover it is basically aspie pervert paradise. but he'd be separated from his precious hoard and the sonichu temple, and he'd be surrounded by slow-in-the-minds...he would seethe and mald the entire time

that said, i sincerely hope they don't put him in a group home. people with an active court case about whether or not they committed a sex crime shouldn't be put in an environment where they could violate vulnerable people

Where's the billions of C-quarters and W-quarters from the CWCVille bank that Chris said he'd have post-merge?
Following the inflationary spiral that was Chanonomics, CWCVille's economy fell into a depression that led to open revolt. Workers seized the banks and emptied the accounts of everyone, including the Mayor, and were last seen marching towards the Mayor's office demanding his head on a pike.

Chris isn't Chris from then. He is whatever gwar character the internet, his family, .
Gwar mentioned
Now I can't stop thinking about Chris on stage spraying the audience with blood

Then again sleazy p martini with most likely Force Chris to work the street for quarters

TimeLine of events so far, What we know for certain:

From August 8 to the 11th; the case was to go before a grand jury who would vote yes or no to bring Chris's case into court for felony charges. Heilburg got said grand jury hearing postponed by filing a motion for an autism disorder deference, aka he played the autism card and "just one." Still works even 30 years later.

Chris's case has been sealed and "closed" but not dismissed nor has his charges been fully dropped. His sentence has been deferred. So despite all our jokes about Chris being so big a delusional egotist, that he'd see himself as totally innocent and refuse to admit otherwise. Heilburg DID manage to convince him to plead guilty. As much as it must have pained Chris to do so. His case will be reopened and reviewed in a year. Assuming Chris doesn't fuck up his probation and goes right back to jail and the case is reopened without the court going so lenient on him this time.

So as of the 10th to 11th of August, Chris must been T\transferred from CVRJ to..someplace. What we DON'T Know for certain is where and exactly when. He could be still sitting in CVRJ right now and is waiting to be moved in a few hours once everyone's up and the business day starts. Or he could be wherever it is they wanted him moved right now sleeping it off. He could be in the downtown Charlottesville PD station closest to the courthouse awiting to go before a judge to hear the terms of his probation or he could be in a home of some kind or maybe even a mental hospital. We also don't know what his probation is, just that he inevitably will be released on it sometime soon maybe in a day or two.

When I say "released" I mean released from the custody of the justice system. It's highly unlikely Chris is being released out onto the streets and it's all but confirmed he is banned from returning to branchland court. He'll either be released into a care home, or into civil commitment into a mental institute as a patient not an inmate.

Thank you for posting this
I didn't feel like going through every page of information just to figure out what the hell is going on

Still it's funny to see that in the end Chris ended up in a mental institution or a tard home
Let's be honest we all knew it was going to end this way

I'll look this over more carefully in the morning, but my understanding of waving the right to indictment is that the defendant can agree not to have a Grand Jury and allow the State to proceed on the information at hand. It's kind of a nolo contendere sort of thing. Is this correct? Transportation likely means he is being moved out of jail and into somewhere set up for non compliant/mentally ill prisoners (?) I imagine the county jail is sick of him by now and he's been there a year. The review scheduled for next year looks to me like Chris is getting sent to the nut house for a year to see if they can rehabilitate him. In a year they'll look how he's doing and let him go with time served, or send him back for another round of Elvis drugs and shock therapy.

We won't hear from Chris again for a long time.
