The school district might grant those resources, or they might notice that the psychologist is in private practice and operates out of a stripmall and say, “Sorry, we require documentation from a medical facility where the standard of care is overseen by a board certified physician.” If little Jimmy’s parents don’t like that answer, then they’ll probably need legal representation. School districts have no problem fucking over struggling families that have children with special needs, it is kinda their specialty.

They're still a thing, and some of them don't have any signage indicating as such. Someone could be living next to a tard-centered halfway house and not even know it because there's no signage. You'll see adults parking in the driveway and going in - those are usually the nurses or assistants.

They will only prohibit activities that either contravene medical advice or make them liable to legal action. If he wants to be called “Christine” and wear women’s clothing, so be it. From what the excellent legal eagles here have surmised, he is in jail awaiting a place in some form of home.

Knowing his Autism spiked luck, Heilberg's bleeding heeb heart and the whole 'seal this thing, bury it' mentality of those involved in the case... Its probably a quiet, out of the way place that specialises in tards like Chris and has the staff /protocolsto deal with it. Probably radio silence for a long time.

Absolutely this. However, Virginia doesn't require one to get a motorcycle endorsement. You can skip the learner's permit stage of licensing and the DMV exam if you take the class, but it's not mandatory. IIRC Virginia doesn't even require that for scooters and other two wheeled vehicles with engine displacements less than 50cc. All Chris would need is a DOT approved helmet.

Or if he got a two stroke, he'd probably fuck up the oil/gas mixture and cause the engine to seize.

It is much cheaper for the state. A home is very expensive to run or host someone in.
If he is functioning enough that they can get away with just having an aid or social worker visit him a few hours per week, that would be orders of magnitude cheaper.

This is both infuriating and heartbreaking to read. I always find it funny how those who white knight the Chandlers completely seem oblivious to how disgustingly cruel they treat their pets. The neglect is off the scale and that's the least of it.
