Calling it now. We have reached the end of Christory. Chris' case is sealed. We will never see another whisper of him from the courts.
He will silently get transferred into a tard house, and they will ban him from internet and outside letters.
I hope not. I want to watch his homeless saga. I’m trying to picture what it would be like for Chris sleeping under a bridge or in a Salvation Army or in a homeless camp.

People need to look at the “exorcism” claim closer. Chris doesn’t say he actually did something. He said the hospital staff

He says an exorcism would have worked, not that he tried one. More like he’s grouchy because the staff wouldn’t listen to his holy advice. It’s even possible he’s making it up to sound Jesus-like.

This is relevant because people are using it as evidence that Chris has been fucking around with other people. Of course it is possible (anything is in Chrischanland), but we need proof it happened before we make a determination.

“But they put him in a chair!” Not necessarily because of whatever the “exorcism” incident was. We had thought he threw a tantrum when he found out he was going back to jail. That’s still the likely reason he was restrained.
I was thinking about that as well, while I could see how Chris's letter could be interpreted that way, he doesn't explicitly say what he did (if he even did anything).

I didn't point it out then because I had already called out a previous highly speculative post by the user who first posited the "Chris did an exorcism in Western State and got kicked out of a group home program" theory, and compared to their previous Barbussy rape fanfiction it seemed like a much more plausible interpretation of what Chris meant, I didn't want to look like I was picking on their posts in particular. But I think you're right that we can't just assume shit from his letters as we are lacking both the context and autism needed in order to fully decipher what Chris meant.

There's already enough misinformation about Chris and his court case floating around due to people taking snippets of things Chris said and extrapolating it into fanfiction territory.

Instead of a sports bra, Chris will hold a sign that says "Want Woman!" or "Will Zap to the Extreme for Food".

Nope.

He won't. Chris would most likely die before admitting to learning something.
Wait..... loiter at food establishments. Trouble with mall cops...... harassing women with a sign....

Chris has literally been training to be homeless all his life

Id feel differently if the potential victim wasn't barb lol.

As it stands one can just enjoy watching world burn and the more than likely constant happenings once Chris is finally loose again
Lol at the Autism card being played.

I think it's worth repeating what I said earlier seeing all the people MATI in this thread. While Chris getting off relatively light is extremely unjust (I think what Chris did is considered rape) it is also the funniest outcome possible. All the normies, weens and a-logs impotently coping, seething and dilating as the teflon tard gets away with it again is way funnier than Chris simply going to prison. It's one chimpout that we won't even get to watch (Chris finding out he's going to prison) vs thousands of public chimpouts all over the internet (everyone who is angry Chris wasn't sent to prison for 10 years), it's simple math.

Yes, it's a grave error of impunity to let Chris walk, yes, it'll be letting a probable rapist off the hook, but it will also be very funny to see the reactions of everyone who thought that this would be the end of Chris. And remember, we don't come to Kiwifarms to see justice, we come here for the funny. Getting mad at Chris is a waste of time and effort, he's not worth your blood pressure.

Did Chris actually do anything as a kid that deserved discipline? As far as I can tell he was a very sweet little kid. I don't think he started having intermittent episodes of awfulness until his late teens (and Bob's death seems to be where he became a BPDemon 24/7).
did he do things to deserve harsh punishment? no, but discipline yes, discipline means to teach, not to hit or otherwise punish, he needed discipline and healthy stimulation and exposure to life. which he did not have, he should have been disciplined on the concept that the '' god-bear'' for example was not actually speaking to him, nor was it god, it was just an animatronic device and explained to him how it worked, - he should have been educated / disciplined starting then, on the difference between fantasy / make-believe, and what is actually real, ( as well as his idiot parents should have never fed into his delusions by paying or bribing people to befriend him, praise and reward him - feeding his fantasies that he was smart, talented, popular, etc. ) -- now i do agree he should have faced some ass kicking (street justice form) in middle school and high school, because he was a horrible person then , he was a considerable ass to people; he constantly mocked people and harassed folks he felt were '' queer'', or he thought were ''slow in the minds'' he did flirt with girls and continue after he was told, no and stop, you know, stuff like that, and people let him get by with it,. no one ever handed him his ass, which is what happens to most people in middle and high school when they do even a fraction of the crap Chris did

(speculation)

Assuming the motion was granted? Either he will be sentenced at instant (doubtful as the judge would probably have to consider multiple variables before handing down sentence), or a further sentencing date will be set. Or maybe review hearings will be set in between.

Denied? Probably sending the case back to the grand jury, which if the court information is anything to be believed, meets in October.
There shouldn't need to be any sentencing hearing if deferred disposition works anything like pre-trial diversions typically do (and beyond quirks in VA crim pro, idk why it would).

What should happen is that there's already agreement or at least discussions about the components of the probationary period /plan. Once agreed, everything is under seal and the management of things gets transferred to the probation department (and/or other agencies/entities with involvement or oversight). You will not see the terms/conditions unless Chris decides to share them.

Individualized outcomes in certain cases is not unheard-of, whether for disability or other considerations - sometimes the law has more creative solutions for situations that don't neatly fit in the box. I've seen a judge close a courtroom to handle a unique and delicate situation (not even involving a severe crime). There didn't have to be an actual statute about intellectual disability/autism for that to be a possibility (the statute just codified and created an agreed process for it).

In fact, there's another situation I just learned about that illustrates this:

I watched the new Netflix limited series, "I Killed My Dad," (stg like that) last night. Kid (17) in Baton Rouge shoots and kills father, calls police, he's weird and shut-down but admits loading two guns and shooting 3 times/death by shot to the head. Charged with manslaughter (which the grand jury upped to 2nd degree murder, which could have meant life). There's no question of evidence - there's a full confession and the issue isn't proving he did it (and insanity is not on the table; he wasn't and no one attempted to suggest otherwise); issue is appropriate outcome. Kid's attorney is a private lawyer working pro bono, btw.

Odd facts start popping up during the pre-trial investigations/prep, including that father kidnapped kid and was a brutal abuser of two wives and this kid, the mother and step-mother were all weirdly passive (not just meek/beaten down as abuse victims often are, but curiously detached, imo), kid was never allowed to go to school, didn't know his birthday for sure or his address, never had friends, never went to a doctor or dentist, extremely flat affect, lived in fear, dad had video cameras and GPS trackers on everyone in the family all of the time, etc.

In this program there was no discussion of a formal psych diagnosis of anything, and though uneducated, no discussion of any specific intellectual disability. The psych they had teed up to testify/provide a report was pretty wiggly in her analysis, which was interesting, though she did firmly opine that he was abused and neglected. I suspect they opted to keep any specific dx or prognosis out of the series for privacy reasons, bc it seemed hardly mentioned.

Anyway, the outcome after all of the facts came to light was that the prosecution agreed to non-felony negligent homicide, 5 years' probation, which includes an ankle bracelet and getting his GED. The program didn't get into more specific than that, but the ADA alluded to help/support being given to him, so it's likely that in addition to having a lot of requirements for behavior during probation, among the terms of his probation is probably therapy, and he is surely being provided different types of state support, financial and otherwise. And again, this was not specifically hooked to a specific mental/intellectual condition, but the totality of the circumstances - and this kid was facing life.

Does he even have access to his car anymore? There’s no way he’s walking back so unless they hand him his keys I think it’s safe to say he really doesn’t have the means to return.
Yeah, while we do our patented crazy theory crafting, we do have to keep some realities in mind. Chris no longer has a car, the van was barbs and she totaled it. Somebody pointed out that mass transit isn’t really a thing in rural Greene county, maybe a Loop bus route to someplace centralized, but if he’s going to get back to 14blc, it’s going to take some time and work. I checked out during the praetor era, but I doubt anybody of that crew will be driving him around(they’d be fucking idiots if they did). He likely won’t have enough money for a cab or Uber. He’s got no friends or family to call, he sure as shit ain’t gonna catch a ride off a kind stranger looking like he does. So, logistically, he may be functionally stranded at wherever the jail deposits these guys after they cycle out.

That in itself is fun to ponder, the torture and stress of being released, but just unable to get back to where he desperately wants to be. And we all know, Chris does awesome shit when he’s stressed and panicked.

Chris didn’t say he tried to perform an exorcism. He said the staff was against the idea. This complaint is part of a list of complaints which includes the restraint incident. They aren’t necessarily connected at all.

Always read carefully and consider the source.

Okay, fair enough, I wasn't clear on what exactly happened. Though, given this is Chris we're talking about, I guess it goes without saying this shit is as clear as mud to begin with.

He can hitchhike but it will be similar to the scene in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. But he'll draw Sonichus on everyone.
And in the end, Chris did not become some mutant pikachu hedgehog...he became fucking Jigglypuff.

Unfortunately (fortunately) we don't live in 1930's USSR, the state can't just unperson somebody and throw them in a nuthouse like Stalin did to dissidents and make them disappear. I'm pretty sure they can't prevent him from having any contact with the outside world, even though in Chris's case, cutting him off from the Internet like a Lumberjack Commissar would be the best thing for him, as the Internet has been, if not the source, then a hugely aggravating factor for the worst of his insanity.
I sometimes wonder what Chris would have been like today if Bob had followed through with "cutting it down."
I doubt he'd be a troon for one thing, not sure it would have stopped the ducking of Barb though.

If he’s seen “It Happened One Night,” he knows exactly what to do. No doubt he’s a sexy Claudette Colbert in his mind and a little leg will do the trick nicely.

So, logistically, he may be functionally stranded at wherever the jail deposits these guys after they cycle out.
They have to find him somewhere to go. One would assume this includes transport to whatever tard or group or homeless establishment it ends up being.

I feel a bit better about the tard card being played, thank you.

Chris is having a conversation of how he created sonichu, and goes into his life's story. The driver may drop Chris off mid ride.
It’s Dr. Dee and Rosemary Kelly’s ride, but with more mutant hedgehogs.

Chris is competent enough to call an Uber.
Is he though?

But can he get another car using his tugboat money+credit card?
Doubtful. He’ll be begging, though.

It's the internet. Even if Chris's case is sealed and he goes dark he will be tracked down and trolled IRL by people nearly as autistic as Chris himself.

Can you estimate how much of his own stuff he’d be able to keep/display? Could he use his own retarded pony sheets?

Are there hygiene standards?

Would he have to do chores?
it depends on group home, it varies from home to home, and what level home it is, some of them do allow clients to have their own small tv, dvd player, game stuff, small stereo, collections, etc, but its just what they can neatly and cleanly keep in their room ! yes most group homes no matter what level, have hygiene requirements , you have to keep clean, or be kept clean, internet is usually monitored unless its just a person that is slow / retarded but has had no history with abusing this or other privileges, if the clients are physically capable, yes most group homes do require the clients to all do their part, and if the refuse, they loose privileges, if they are not able or actively refuse, the staff will do it for them, which may not be in the clients best interest as the staff at most of these places do not care, it is like a low to mid level prison, they have no qualms about damaging, or breaking or even throwing away a clients stuff sadly ; ( that shit i do find cruel, to abuse them, but it happens more often than not even when its clients that are not complete assholes like chris that deserve what ever he will/ may get ) . so yes, unless its a group home where they are significantly physically disabled, they are required to do their part in chores, take care of personal space, communal spaces , maintain hygiene, etc.

Do they also heavily-medicate most of the residents to keep them constantly sedated and easier to control?

Do residents technically have the right to leave, or are they pretty much inmates under a different designation?

If he goes to such a facility, would it not be for life?
some do, yes, it depends, but its fairly common.

Maybe it’s all the lines of cope I’ve been snorting, but I truly think getting released will be the worst thing that can happen for him. Because in order to make things happen, it’ll require levels of initiative and forward thinking that Chris has never had to deal with before. For once, his fate will truly be in his retarded hands alone, and he will fuck it up. In jail, he was fed, looked after, protected. He had a routine he HAD to keep to. On the outside? Shit.. the possibilities for calamity are endless.
