Might be an issue with the graphics card. That GPUs days were always numbered, the question was whether Austin would smash it in a fit of crack rage or slowly kill it through second hand smoke first. If his CPU doesn't have integrated graphics there is a nonzero chance the PC will self-destruct in the near future and he won't be able to stream or gamba until a new GPU arrives.

His card is basically brand new, the issues with locking up are probably more related to his PC being full of junk, the fact he never closes games and he probably has super out of date Nvidia drivers delivered by Windows Update.
