Inactive Austin Jones

Damn, didn't even realize this guy had a thread. I don't have too much to add. I just want to post the embarrassing video of him teaching how to twerk that he sent so some kid. It's referenced in the articles, but I don't think they show it. Either way it's good to archive it for posterity so we can laugh at this tard 10 years into the future

Sorry to resurrect a dead thread, but I just learned of this fuckwit's existence on YouTube, and have been studying the matter. Three things about his ten-year federal sentence:

1) Although the reporters say "10 years," federal sentences are given in months, according to the mandatory minimum sentences prescribed by Congress in the "War on Crime" days. So, if Little Austin got ten years, that's a sentence of 52 months. As somebody already noted, there's no parole in the federal system: inmates serve a minimum of 85% of their sentence, then may be released on probation. If my math is right, and if Little Austin behaves himself, he can get a maximum of six months shaved off his sentence, but no more than that. If he has a single "incident" of bad behavior, he'll lose his "good time" and have to serve the full 52 months.

2) According to Wikipedia, he's staying at a Federal Correctional Institution in Pennsylvania. It's a minimum-security facility primarily housing drug offenders. FCI's are not the "country clubs" people talk about, but they're better than either state prisons or federal penitentiaries (Atlanta, Leavenworth, etc.) If Little Austin went to one of those places, he'd be suffering anal prolapse within about 24 hours, but homosex is officially against the rules. (Tobacco is illegal, too, but inmates arrange "special deliveries" of cigarettes by crooked guards, who are paid by the inmates' people on the outside. The only time tobacco is permitted is for Native American religious ceremonies, held under heavy surveillance.) Faggotry happens, but if a guard catches you, you're written up, and there goes your "good time." Little Austin might have a BF or "daddy," but they'll have to keep it very quiet: no gang-rapes in the shower room.

3) This part has me SMH. The Feds allegedly have a state of the art "treatment program" for sex offenders. According to the Bureau of Prisons website, this program is offered at nine FCC's, not including Little Austin's current home. How come? I mean, wouldn't he be a prime candidate?

I'm not a lawyer or a penology person. If somebody can correct anything I've misstated, I'd appreciate it!
