The only thing this test is really asking you is can you interact with people in the real world? If the answer is yes you pass.

I'm a 21, "no autism," but my diagnosis begs to differ. I feel like I would've scored a LOT higher on that quiz back when I was a kid and didn't have half the coping mechanisms, life experience, or control over my day-to-day life I do now.
