You have a point there, but realistically speaking in terms of people using social media, spamming it all within the same few minutes or 3-6 hours like Pup usually does isn’t as effective as spreading it out. Honestly, Pup could do better by making a queue where it shuffles between different pieces and boosting one each at different hours of the day. While it would still be a nuisance, it would still be far less bothersome than “omg right and her belly hangs out,,” and “u can slap his belly if you want,,,,,” and “he’s a faggy fag boy”

It’s entirely possible and I wouldn’t put anything last Pup, but to be quite honest Pup’s is a hallmark for a shitty “Native” OC. It even looked like the werewolf from Twilight, as someone on the snark blog noted several days back. Not to mention those traits on the wolfdog were so stereotypically “Native” it was beyond laughable. When Pup tries to make “rep” beyond surface-level blackness that is so disconnected from the actual culture rooted within America that it comes off as half-assed and lazy, then they either end up being either (1) borderline racial caricatures (as seen in this wolfdog) or (2) the biggest nothing-burger ever (see: Hitomi, who has absolutely no Asian traits anymore—ever since being “whitewashed” by Pup, lol).

TL;DR: The wolfdog looks like basically every stereotypical “Native” character to me, and Pup doesn’t genuinely care about showing other races—let alone Pup’s own.

It's really funny seeing in real time how little pup cares about hitch and only draws him because he's a fleshlight for hitomi. we saw this wip a while ago without the shitty low effort doodles on the left. do we know any personality traits hitch has now other than loving hitomi and eating cheese? being fat and disabled aren't personality traits, pup, you're going to have to actually develop your characters if you want that comic to work out

the second reason might actually be closer to canon than you think. someone mentioned the tail kink and autumn replied to it saying it’s related to hitch’s balance issues. so, my personal headcanon is that she sat her ass down to eat a large pizza by herself and broke her own tail.

yeah I'm pretty sure it was supposed to be a disability thing. it's stupidly funny how much longer the tail is in the short shirt drawing than the long skirt one. googling it for a few seconds, these kinks appear in rat tails because of small breaks/dislocation but it can also just be something that comes at birth that barely impacts the rats quality of life.

i kinda like it when it's not drawn in a really extreme way because it's a little quirky and stylized + adds visual interest to the lower body of the character outside of the gunt. now if only pup could consistently keep the the chunk taken out of the ear at the same place
