In a way it is a relief to see someone decide to get massive implants in what looks like their later 40's, compared to getting tatted up and looking like busty salad fork at 19.

This relates to the reply above, I don't think they are string implants, those existed during a certain period of time in what seems to have been the 80's and have since vanished. I suspect they're the implants with a port where more saline(?) can be injected to pump them up when the skin allows more growth.

String implants still exist, you just have to leave the US and Europe to get them done.

some nutcase that is injecting synthol, a like synthetic oil normally used by pro bodybuilders to help them look more "filled out" on competition days...
Honestly one of the scariest things I've seen. this fella could potentially end up infected and ded. i searched and couldn't really find a place so i guess plastic surgery is the closet thing lol

and i think he put it in his ass.. very odd. LOL
