It's probably not. If you've ever had the misfortune of seeing any video of him, he talks like his nose is competely blocked, and he was told on his last Botched appearance that if he had any more rhinoplasties he could very likely lose the nose. Then he really would be Tranny Voldemort!

Why do they all end up looking the same? I know Charlotte Crosby has been mentioned before but the pictures of Roddy reminded me of her. Do they just go in for a nose job and just ask the surgeon to lop the fucker off?

But, looking from that Botched episode to the pics here, his nose has obviously has gone under the knife again.

The facial expression is part of it, here's a more recent and obviously more flattering picture because they don't publish red carpet photos where someone looks like ass.

He made his nose extra weird with that contour. Noses aren’t supposed to have the shape of an upside down triangle.

This makes my childhood sad. I used to watch her movies with my mom (Overboard,Housesitter). She could have aged gracefully, but let her insecurity rule her.

Edit: forgot to add this to my previous post and I’mtoo dumb to figure it out after the fact
 
Mary Magdalene got a lip lift (and other unnamed surgeries) in Mexico during the pandemic and oh my god her lip is basically at her nose. Her top lip doesn’t move anymore and it gives her a really strange lisp and is pretty unsettling to see.
