There's several dangers with surgery like that too, including the material the implants are made out of and how they affect things like breast cancer. I genuinely think you're better off as yourself, from health problems to body issues. The later is hard to make peace with and it is always an uphill battle you can slip up and down from, but it is worth it in the long run for yourself as a person. Reconstructive plastic surgery is the best plastic surgery for your body, and I rather you not need that either!

In the end, we are all fat and gay in our own ways. Accepting our flaws leads to greater confidence, and confidence is both attractive and very much it's own reward. You may have TMI'd but I'm rooting for you fellow ladyfarmer. :heart-full:
 
I've seen his picture in this thread before but I would like to give a small introduction to Ricardo, known as Fofão da Augusta (Augusta or Rua Augusta is a famous nightlife spot in São Paulo, Brazil). Unfortunately he passed away a few years ago, but he lives in the memories of those saw him handing theater plays pamphlets in the famous street.
His appearance, it seems, was caused by black market silicon injections on his lips and cheeks and questionable rhinoplasty, in an attempt to be more beautiful and look like a china doll.
He worked at several famous beauty salons in the 80s and was a really good hair stylist, but became homeless in the 90s. That's when he started to get known by his moniker.

There are many details in his life and for a long time no one even knew his name. This is what he looked like before he passed away.

It seems that his injections pulled down his lower lids and he couldn't close his eyes entirely. His story is quite tragic, to be honest.

Oh yeah, the years after he became homeless weren't kind to him. Shortly before he died he lost a finger due to an infection, was hospitalized as a John Doe because he didn't have an ID with him. It took a journalist to get an identification for him and get to know his story. I do hope he's in a better place, I kind of have a soft spot for him.

Changing the subject, did anyone see Victoria Beckham's face? It looks so off, she certainly got fillers.

Actually the first thing that caught my eye was those godawful colors, but upon closer inspection yeah she does look like a melted muppet.
It does just tickle my pickle though that botched plastic surgery is a plague mostly targeted on vain rich people though. Kinda reminds me of that Twilight Zone episode “The Masks” where at the end of the night the wealthy but humble father’s family were permanently morphed to look as ugly as they were on the inside while he died peacefully as he was. It’s just satisfying.

At first I didn't get why this was posted here, I was thinking "This lady looks fine". Then I read who it was... wtf. Doesn't even look like her.

I looked up her husband and he looks weird too.

I recommend looking more into his story, he truly seemed like a pure soul in this shitty world
