I don't think it's intentional, a lot of trannies have unrealistic expectations and refuse to work with what they've got. She's trying to go for Hollywood heartthrob when her build is better suited tech nerd, she'd pass more easily if she tried to look like a weaselly little drip of a man rather than a fit, handsome one. I can never buy how happy she supposedly is, and can't believe anyone does buy it. Every single picture of her since her transition looks miserable. Face and skin look haggard. The fake abs just look stupid. Even the hair looks scraggly. I've seen healthier, happier looking heroin addicts.
