Frances looked fine before, she was just a bit chubby. That first photo looks like it was taken when she was a teenager, so I can't count that against her.

Right, but those women all got small tweaks while preserving their personal appearance/still looking like themselves. Now everyone gets the full instagram.

Small tweaks? Olden era Hollywood starletts had a lot of thing changed. Nosejobs, hairline change, face implants, all those thing existed.

More people have more surgery now, but people have botched themselves for decades. You just don't ear about the botched ones as much, in part because they were botched.

Meg Ryan? The aging onces like Greta Garbo, etc..

ETA - wrt eyeballs, it's not that this woman has blue eyes, it's the shade of blue, their size & shape, even the actual eye socket. They are the distinct feature of her face that makes it notable.

Her eyes are fine but noticeably asymmetric like her whole face, and there's a lack of eye support. The piercing color makes them look a little cold to me. She looks better when the lighting isn't emphasizing it.

She was a normal, cute looking teen, and now she is a cute looking woman wearing unflattering makeup.
Didn't even have that much enhancement i don't see what you are making a fuss about ! Besides a little bit of filler, a nose job, maybe the buccal fat removal thing or she is just sucking in for the picture.

She needs better styling. Softer makeup, fuller eyebrows and a darker albeit soft shade of hair.

I found a subculture that's into that and then posting it to their "characters" Instagram. The best known example is that Iranian lady that got sent to prison but I've also posted a couple of them in the thread.

Creation of a documentary would require someone to edit footage of her, i.e. look at her regularly for hours. I can see why it's delayed.

I feel anecdotally that the earlier someone starts with the fillers and smaller operations, the worse a result they end up with. Chrissy was at this in her twenties. Your face is not ever going to look better than it naturally does then.

Edit so as not to double post: if you look at (many) photos of Courtney and Kurt in their early twenties, Frances' looks make complete sense. She's a little older now and her face has thinned out some. But that child has her parents written all over her face.
