Bad Plastic Surgery - all the pics

One of the most botched people I've ever seen is former model and RHOBH alum Brandi Glanville.

Brandi used to look like this:

Started going ham on plastic surgery in her 40s:

She's open about hating her face and believes it's being devoured by a flesh-eating parasite she contracted abroad, when multiple doctors who've looked at her photos claim that the likeliest reason behind her skin looking so terrible is a bad filler job.

I don't know, I've never seen filler do this... Overfilled faces don't have striations, they're bloated and flattened out.

Oh, that makes sense then. Probably was some greymarket shit that was sold as the real thing, it happens more than you'd think. So those striations might be scar tissue caused by inflammation from dirty filler?

The LASIK surgery talk from earlier makes me glad I never went through with it. Even though my mom got it done herself (and to her credit hasn't had any long-term problems so far), I'd rather not risk re-enacting that one Final Destination scene in the worst case scenario. /🧩

There were a lot of things Death had to fuck with for Olivia's death in Final Destination 5, so you're not very likely to have that outcome, but Lasik isn't worth the risk anyway. I know of at least one person who committed suicide as a result of the sheer agony it caused them. Your vision is a precious thing. Be good to your eyes. You've only got the two.

That might be part of it - hyaluronidase that dissolves fillers also dissolves the natural hyaluronic acid in your skin, so it can make you look saggier afterwards.

Having filler dissolved involves injecting an enzyme hyaluronidase that breaks down filler ingredient, hyaluronic acid.

The problem is hyaluronic acid is also naturally found in the skin, and the enzyme can also break that down, worsening skin quality if overused. 17-18% of patients have hollowing lax skin after dissolving their fillers. Article.

Some unhappy patients think that hyaluronidase may trigger an autoimmune response against their native hyaluronic acid throughout their entire body, causing pain, injuries and lax skin.

Patients and practitioners are starting to question the safety of filler dissolver. See this Reddit thread.

This is a long way of saying this is what I think has happened to Brandi.

Her husband dumped her for utter hog, who objectively looks Chinese for a fucking hillbilly. The only one who looks good in that triangle is fucking Eddie. I f. eel bad for Brandi. She's probably the most authentic figure on RH, and to be falsely accused of sexual assault by that crone Caroline Manzo and subsequently fired. Also, we're finding out now that like plastic in a landfill, filler never goes away, and it can gather in your lymph nodes potentially causing cancers.
