A friend of mine got a full set of new teeth like that (though of much higher quality, hers actually look alright and for the most part you can’t really tell). The reason is because she was in an accident and broke most of her real teeth. If you volunteer for something like that you’re an idiot, but it is a legitimate reconstructive plastic surgery for some.

Same for people born with weird snaggly little peg teeth, dentists will put crowns on them or build up composite on top of the tooth to make it bigger.

Is that the Black Alien Project guy? IIRC he had several fingers cut off and a load of deliberate scarring. With people like this I just assume they had some terrible trauma and don't want to look like the person who went through it. (eta: or they don't want to look like their relatives if their family abused them, like Michael Jackson) Most people just cut their hair or move to a new area as a way of making a change and moving on with life.

Now, none of this necessarily mentions extreme body mods, but I see it as an even stronger cry for attention than simply getting quadruple E boobies and calling it a day. It's like a combo of self harm and desperately seeking any form of recognition by looking as outrageous as possible. It's like these people cease to exist if no one is looking at them. It causes them immense distress, so they have to go to even greater lengths to get noticed.

While this isn't "botched" and it certainly isn't as bad as most of the stuff posted here, I think this is yet another example of completely unnecessary surgery that looks worse in the after. Yes, her nose wasn't "small", but it fit with her facial features just fine! She looked beautiful before, she had a nice and unique look. And sure, she still looks pretty in the after photo, but now she looks like Instagram Clone #1,092,074.

There needs to be a subreddit or thread for surgery results that aren't quite "botched" but still bad.

Yeah sure it's not botched I guess, but these nose jobs are just so bad...
She has the same thing going on as Belle Delphine. Technically the sloped piggy nose was achieved, but the proportions of it are completely off.

Guys I'm pretty sure this clip has been debunked as fake rage bait, and the structure of it makes it kind of obvious.

MJ had a lot of insecurities and got a lot of shit from his family (specifically his father iirc) about his looks. His vitiligo spreading and becoming harder and harder to cover up is what lead to him becoming "white". The disgusting thing is that his first accuser's legal team used his condition against him as a means to dismiss any discrepancies between the """"""""""victim's"""""""""" description of Jackson's body and police photographs that were taken of him.

Evan Chandler was a vile cunt who deserves to spend eternity in a brazen bull.
