People always look crazy after a full lift but this one is using heavy blur and smudge filters, you can how overstretched and tight the skin is underneath the filter.
To me it looks like this is the 70s and 80s style of lift where they just release the skin and don't do the deep plane lift on the underlying structures that makes the result last longer than a couple of years due to poor skin elasticity. This kind of SEA monkey quackery also causes tissue death and suture failure because it's pulled too tight. Don't go to Vietnam, Thailand, or any other place where humans are treated as a disposable commodity.

It's working, but not the way he thinks. To other gay men those abs are just a neon sign that says "this is the dumbest slut you have ever seen and it will do anything".

That’s not the person in the photo. Your vocal cords thicken with age—no 60 year old sounds like that.
 
Not bad plastic surgery, but I finally understand buccal fat removal. Here’s the results you’re supposed to get. All of the celebrities getting it are just bad candidates.

The problem still is, is that you lose buccal fat while ageing. Maybe it makes you look less babyfaced when you’re 20, but when you’re 40 you look ghoulish. I don't think a rounder face looks that bad either. Not worth the gamble getting work done. (The photo also isn't very flattering for her chubby cheeks. Smiling like that pushes up the fat. It wouldn't look so bad if she had a neutral expression. Also that photo's lighting is not complimentary to her old face at all. The before face would look a lot less bad if the lighting was better. The photo quality isn't the greatest, it seems they also photoshopped the after face. On the left you can see small fat bumps on her cheekbones close to her nose, those are gone in the after picture).

You can tell she had a nose job as well, i hope
Anyway she probably looked better before.

I am not anti surgery i am just not convinced in that case.

Those cold sculpted abs are one of the funniest inventions of humankind. Even on muscular lean people, they never look quite right, especially in movement. It's just not how muscles move and just shows you're pathetic and desperate. I'm sure this guy looked less bad before the surgery.
This one is especially funny in combination with his very feminine small waist.

Right: someone was fucking around in create-a-sim, making a caricature of "the sexiest man alive". Fits snuggly in the uncanny valley and is fucking terrifying.

I'd say someone needs to tell the lookmaxing community that women do not find them attractive, but they'd just accuse me of lying and say I'm just pulling some "not like other girls" shit. Not lying. I just prefer my men to look like humans.
