Oh gosh, this is to me is THE scourge that is endemic in a lot of bad plastic surgery. The too short nose. And when they inflate their lips, they end up looking like frogs. See:Kris Jenner.Even Nicole Kidman, who for a long time had pretty good work done, had to fuck with her nose that was perfectly fine. She doesn't look as bad as Jenner, but her weird doll like looks out of place in the indie films she wants to do. 50 yr old women who aren' t wealthy celebs don't look like this. It is ridiculous that a character actress wants to look like this.

Jennifer Grey doesn't look bad at all. She just doesn't look at all like herself. Shame, as she was freakin' cute. I have no idea why you would do this when you became famous with the face god gave you. There are many actors who are told,"You'll never get work with a nose like that," and they invest in work BEFORE they get famous.I can understand that. Igloo Australia is full of shit. If you do enough squats to get an ass like that, you have quads and hams to match, which she doesn't.

Those arses are unattainable by simple exercise. Squat all you want, you won't suddenly gain inches of fat on your arse and lower hip area. Women don't build massive muscles anywhere without a shitload of weight over a long period AND usually a fuckload of male hormones to help. All these women simply use fat transfer and sometimes butt paddding on top of that under clothes. Posing is the rest in photos, at least.

This current trend for giant freakshow baboon arses is entirely a creation of the cheap plastic surgery era and the fat transfer technique. In other eras where fuller, rounder arses were fashionable, they were high, pert and proportional, not giant unwieldy protrusions bobbing around like a beachball surgically attached to an otherwise thin body.

I'm no surgeon, but he's probably hugely fucking up people's noses and health giving all of these girls pinched nostrils and removing all their cartilage, what with breathing being important and all.

I've found other Iranian insta accounts doing totally normal looking nose jobs.

The ones with larger end-result noses asked for those, the ones with the smaller noses asked for those. The outcome isn't random. I can understand that he could be considered unethical for going too far in delivering what his clients ask for, but there's no evidence provided that he's not giving realistic risk assessments to the patients, and these are normal things to ask for in that culture, like the extreme jaw-filing you get in Korea. Each culture has its peculiar extremes, such as freaks with gigantic ass implants in the US.

There's no need to moralfag about the surgeon, just laugh at the clowns who want to look like that.

The weird thing with Valdir (the tits guy) is that he has good forearm development, they're just totally disproportionate to the modified parts of his body.

Re. developing the rest of the body, the more oil you inject, as far as I'm aware, the more dangerous it becomes to work out, and the less actual strength you can build through being unable to do intense workout, making it harder to work out your unmodified parts than if you had not injected the oil. There are certain round muscles that it expands quite well, but others that just don't work. If they could find a muscle in their forearms that could take it, I'm sure they would. They always hide their thighs too because bodybuilders with good thighs are about detail not size, and oil can't do shit there either.

This guy is my absolute favourite, as he combines the worst of both worlds, the roid gut of a real bodybuilder, and the shoulder pads of a synthol user:

At least with fake breasts the procedure can be easily corrected or reversed if it gets too out of control, synthol requires pretty heavy surgery to remove from the muscle and will cause permanent damage if left in. At worse they just rupture and the entire muscle necrotises and needs removing.

I think regular steroids, human growth hormone, insulin, etc that 'legitimate' bodybuilders use is most comparable to modified-looking women, as that muscle grown can still mostly go away if you stop working out. The synthol guys are only comparable to irreversable horror stories like Cement Face Woman and Hang Mioku (they got their disfigurements in the same way - injecting stupid stuff like cooking oil).
