Aside from the obvious ones where their ass rots off being obvious horror shows, butt implants almost never look good because a naturally large ass would increase the upper thigh ratio as well. Since these are just stuffed in there and the legs remain the same size it makes it look like someone shoved two pillows in their pants as a joke. Huge breast implants look just as bad, but I think people are more desensitized to those now, but the huge butt implants still shock because it just doesn’t look right.

I will never understand why anyone thinks this type of ass is attractive. It’s so unnatural that there’s just this built in repulsion because it just looks wrong. The boobs look wrong too, but it’s just not as repulsive as the ass implants to me.
