I think most of Kesha's body changes are actually weight gain. She's released some statements/interviews stating she was anorexic during her pop-star days and is still struggling with becoming comfortable with her body. Although it does look like she got lip fillers, so I could be wrong on the plastic surgery bit.

I know I’m extremely late to this thread but she looks like a horrible Sims 4 creation made by someone who doesn’t know how to use Custom Content right.

Since I don't feel like necroing that guy twice I'm quoting you, but fuck, you ever see something that's like... fundamentally fucked that you can't even pinpoint exactly where it went wrong?
 
this is super vague and super strange, and might have already been mentioned but after combing through 30+ pages I didn't find anything.

Anyone remember that guy that was viral on twitter for a little while? I remember hearing that he was a total scumbag to a lot of girls. Sorry I don't have receipts atm I'm looking for that I just can't find because they just got lost in the twitter-drama sphere. If anyone has more information on this guy I'd be thrilled.

He looks like an alien trying to blend in with the Asian crowd and failing miserably.

But I guess at least he didn't need surgery to make his dick smaller.
