That looks like the areola and the tissue under it has been stretched by an implant, and then on top of that it’s undergone the changes associated with pregnancy /breastfeeding (increased pigmentation/size change.) not everyone gets lasting pigmentation or doesn’t snap back but I suppose if the underlying tissue has been knackered by having an implant under it then maybe it’s less likely to recover. Either way, she gets a pass from me on the boobs. Not the lips though. Oh no. Not the lips

I’m wincing just thinking about what’s happening in there. Your rib cage has a function, do not remove your ribs, kids.
I’d love to pop her in a scanner and see where her liver and spleen ended up and what the state of her diaphragm is. I wonder if it all just splooshes out like pudding when the griddle is off without the rib support? How does it affect intestinal motility? Is she more prone to hiatal hernia? Enquiring minds need to know.

How does she even sit at all? She looks way too big to even squeeze into anything with arms, and anything else her cheeks are going to be spilling off of it. And even if she sat on a bench I can't imagine it'd feel remotely okay. I'd guess it'd feel like sitting on top of a couple of large balls taped to your ass cheeks.
