Poor thing, that will probably be the start of a serious phsyical condition (not a mental one, that's even before this phase). I'm sure there's less pronouced ones already. I have sympathy for Alves as body dysmorphia is one hell of a drug.

Alves is a trust fund baby btw, grandparents own popular resorts in spain and such.

While you wonder about the money... I'm sitting here amazed how a human body can undergo so many surgeries of varying degrees of invasiveness and still not give up?
... Is it even a human body or is he now more plastic per volume? No wonder he might find it hard to lose weight now, it's all filler.

Something about the way the light is hitting her face makes it look even more weird.

It's just always such a shame to see people go to these lengths trying to become "attractive" when they're fine the way they are.

She's not heterosexual though, as in male gay, I think she's still a lesbian man (in a 13 year old cancer patients body) which is the nu-Straight I guess.

I’ve had to deduct the weight of breast implants when calculating an anorexic patient’s weight before. They’re typically around 1.5 pounds but can easily be double that if they’re larger.
 
I think veneers are terrible plastic surgery. In my opinion, they should be reserved for someone with terrible teeth due to some sort of strange disorder.
