Owen Shroyer had a deferred judgement against him where he took a deal to avoid punishment for interrupting a Congressional hearing by standing up and yelling some nonsense from the stands. One of the conditions of that deal was that he not disturb the peace or trespass specifically on Capitol property which he obviously violated on Jan 6th. So he's not being arrested just for being on the steps, he's being arrested for being on the steps yelling into a speaker for people to enter the Capitol in violation of a deal he made with prosecutors in another case, which is why he's being arrested but not the dozens of other people who were standing next to him doing the same thing (unless they went in the Capitol).

Anyways back to Baked, according to a Miami Antifa Twitter account he's in Florida meeting with confirmed FBI informant Enrique Tarrio at some protest. This surely isn't going to do much to silence accusations Baked is working with the feds.

My theory: Imagine you run a local Antifa Twitter account then Baked Alaska is walking around your town yelling the n-word, playing Keemstar donos, and just bothering the shit out of all the locals and making a racist fool of himself on live stream then walking away at the end completely unscathed how humiliating that must be.

I imagine Loulz and Woozah are having some regrets siding with Baked now that he's left IP2 and all of their views fell off a cliff. They clearly picked the wrong horse. Sucks for them if they actually need this money while Baked can just live in his parent's abandoned mansion when it all finally falls apart. Oh well, no one ever said being a fucking idiot was easy.
