Wow didn't this macing incedent happen last year? It's still going through the courts?! Covid has slowed them down even more.
 
I don't know that I've heard an attorney get as frustrated at his own shoddy case as Tim's defense attorney since Ty Beard got BTFO'd at the Vic Mignogna trial. Getting into fights with the bouncer, being told by the judge not to argue with the witness, and that heavy sigh of frustration when the cop refused to go along with his "the bouncer stepped forward" thing. Right now I'm at Loulz's testimony where he talks about how trolls get him kicked out of bars. Pure gold.

Reminder Tim was arrested 1000 miles from Scottsdale in a different state near a major international airport while he was supposed to not leave AZ then he was GRANTED PERMISSION to practically move to another state to do that thing he was doing BOTH TIMES he was arrested. ACT OF FUCKING GOD this guy is not only not on house arrest but also allowed to move about the country freely despite multiple run ins with the law since his arrests. ACT OF GOD he someone hasn't gotten in more trouble for saying edgy shit when every other day I'm reading stories about Jan 6th guys getting locked up pending trial for posting some boomer meme on facebook or accessing the internet to watch conspiracy theory videos.

It's crazy because most people on this kind of conditional release will get sent back for farting too loud on a bus.

potentially might be coming because Baked referred to his past behavior as testimony so in cross examining they should be able to offer examples of that not being true.

So to summarise the defences main argument is even though there's film footage we should just take Tim (a categorically documented compulsive liar) at his word, ignore the prosecutions witnesses and own unedited footage of the entire exchange.

Tims own argument is he's actually not the tough alphamale leader of a wignat movement of IQ deficients but rather a massive pussy who was so scared for his own life that he had no option but to return to the front of the bar, mace a bunch of people THEN run.
