He isn't, because he's calling them sellouts. And he gets pissed because he says Jim remains anonymous (which is smart) because going out isn't stunning and brave. Also, Jim has a history of hating people turning on their audience.

Would someone please explain the context of this video? I was able to gather that they were out doing something concerning antifa. What I don't understand is why the video was of a room full of people streaming one another streaming.

It's hard to nail down exactly because the past 72 hours have been a constant convulsion of drug-fueled autism, but for some reason (the general LA mindset, chasing after a camwhore's pussy, or a new (((manager))) being the most popular lines of thought), Baked tried to change his format. He started throwing around tumblerisms like "toxicity" and "I'm an influencer," tried to ban rightist memes, and went crazy on his chat for making fun of the camwhore he's thirsty for. Exactly what the stream was supposed to be is a mystery because he was too coked out to be clear, but it seems that he was trying to launch a "Baked Alaska Network," and all the people there were supposed to be his new streamers. When things went tits up he tried to calm them down by promising them stream time, so it seems that this was supposed to be some sort off gayass launch party. At the end he claimed that it was "performance art," but that was certainly damage control.

Of course trying to completely dump your audience for a new own out the blue didn't go over well, so everyone has piled on trolling. And when his guido friend started talking about female teachers fucking their students being something that society should reward things really took off.

As far as I understand it started with a livestream where Baked Alaska is with Erin (the blonde) and says he wants to start censoring problematic (not going back to check, but I'm pretty sure he used this word) people in the chat because he wants to grow his channel/is afraid of Youtube. Possibly this is because of Erin's influence. Both get trolled by the chat.
At this point somehow this stream-ception happens. Everything in this thing is fucking surreal from the characters (other than the two chicks you have the autist and some sort of fat Mexican dude in the background possibly streaming a stream of a stream) to Jim's voice echoing from the depths of Hell.

Baked Alaska is also asking his fans for links to videos and things, then making them send it through Streamlabs. Basically, he wants his fans to not only do his work for him, but he requires his fans to pay him in order to get the work in his hands.
