This judge must find a reasonable basis for the plea. Part of the plea colloquy is the judge asking the defendant whether he understands what he is pleading guilty to, that he's in fact guilty, etc. Otherwise it can all be undone on appeal. Every idiot defendant would claim he didn't know what was happening without this process.

Baked being a moron said the magic words to fuck up the process by claiming to be innocent. Judge can't accept it after those words are spoken. I'm guessing this was a decent deal but he's either a naive moron or is under extraordinary pressure by his catboy cult to seem like hes fighting. He's going to end up fucked, 99 percent of fed trials end in with the defendant guilty and a ugly sentencing range. These are professionals.

Does anyone have a link or care to upload to the raw audio or even someone talking as long as they are quite during the hearing? Cannot seem to find anything other than Josh catching the tail end. I know what happened but want to hear Baked messing up his plea deal and upsetting the judge for myself.

I want to say this is based and red pilled. Part of what makes the machine work is people cucking out and pleading guilty to shit they are not guilty of in order to escape the process.

At the same time though, this is Baked Alaska we are talking about.

From what I understand the plea-deal Baked was originally offered was only a Misdemeanor- whereas if he's found guilty with no deal he gets a felony on his record (so he can lose his ability to own any kind of gun for life, lose his ability to vote for a very long time, be permanently unable to get a real job at something like the post office or as a census taker)

I can't even imagine what kind of defense his lawyer will try to pull if this does, in fact, go to trial. The retard films himself 24/7 and he livestreamed himself commiting the act- so there's really no question as to if he broke into the capitol or not. What a fucking moron!

Part of taking a plea is you're required to admit your guilt. You don't get to accept one without doing it, so its a relevant question.
