I'm not sure exactly what's happening right now, but apparently the Meth Whore crashed the RV on the highway and it's fucked up. They're talking about how other drivers are trying to avoid the debris on the road, and that one of the RV tires is GONE with only the rim left. At any rate, they can't move it right now, so they're just sitting on the side of the highway with cars zooming past them.
