Assuming baked is a reliable narrator about charges going to be dropped, yeah, he definitely struck a deal. My guess would be all his footage (even unlivestreamed stuff, there might be some), probably some provision to get the feds into his social media without needing to fire off a million subpeonas to social media companies, and promise to testify when required.
If the last year has proven anything, when unleashed he is perpetually a liability to himself and constantly gets himself into situations where he'd be subject to arrest without anyone really batting an eye, which is beyond perfect. Further, from the Cheka operations perspective his nomadic MAGA protest following with camera on and TTS blasting "NIGGER" constantly towards the end made him a set of unintentional hostile eyes which had little self awareness controlling the camera.
If the way the feds were using antifa streamers to monitor the riots over the summer is any indication, they'll take on the ground intel from anyone who'll provide it.
I liked the observation that he might not know he's a CI and I don't know how I feel about it. Baked is really stupid so it's entirely possible a deal doesn't say anything about being a payrolled CI he might just go back to doing exactly what he was doing because he's an idiot and doesn't know better. I'd tend towards if he's going to be a CI, he'd know it though, because baked is a shameless grifter at his core if nothing else.
Imagine for a second you are baked, the Cheka walks into the interview room and hands you papers for a deal. The deal, in part, stipulates working for the federal government as an informant for which you will be paid. And what they want you to do is...exactly what you had been doing before (though cleaned up by a lawyer to not say "commit crimes and get arrested all the time like a sped" because I think even feds can't put that on paper and get away with it). Approach this from a dumb grifter supreme perspective, you're getting paid by the government, to do what you were already getting paid to do. It's like doubling up on police pensions but for IRL retard livestreaming.
And I guess the other question becomes what downside there is to him revealing himself to be a CI? Chances are if the charges are dropped, everyone aware of who he is already thinks he is a CI, and even if he did mention it explicitly, would people who didn't already believe he was be any more likely to believe it? And his main advantage is the nomadic livestreaming where he invites himself to trouble, which doesn't necessarily mean he's part of "plans" made by people who would be concerned about whether he's a fed or not, he just shows up and everyone has to deal with him.
