Gross! This means I share a birthday with Alicia Silverstone:heart-full:, Charlton Heston, Commando & Barbara Weston Chandler. (:_(
 
If it has nothing to do to celebrate the birth of Chris and his existence, he'll most likely not fork anything out. If he does, it involves his face on it or Sonichu. Late, but Happy Birthday to the woman and that Chris is a decent enough son to get her something or take her out to eat.

Given Chris's paranoia about receiving mail/gifts from unidentified sources? Wouldn't this kind of backfire? Don't get me wrong, it's a great idea and all, but I'd hate for people to get together the funds to go through with it, only for Chris to post a FB post about it and rant about trolls and how not to send him stuff and how he "disposed" of them. Then again, he didn't exactly turn down that laptop someone sent him. I suppose flowers, along with a gift card for a decent restaurant could be a safe bet, because it would be highly unlikely that Chris would want to use it all on himself.

Oh? I swore he freaked out about it at one point, saying that anyone who sent him mail will be ignored, and that it would be marked RTS because trolls. If I have my information backwards, I'm sorry.

He flipped out about someone sending him delivery korean food or something, suspecting it was poisoned. Otherwise he gets lots of stuff in the mail.

It was shortly after Bob passed away. We think it was people from Bob's church paying their respects, but Chris thought it was trolls trying to poison him.
 
Fourth birthday without Bob.

Normally, a person at this point, celebrating their 73rd, would think back on their life, ruminate over past mistakes and good decisions alike, where they are now, mourn those who they have lost (inevitable when you're in your 70's) and appreciate the people that are still there. And maybe you'll get some cake too. Or a cigar and some brandy. (totally what my dad would do when he hits 73, though he'd pick whisky over brandy)

I doubt Barb did any meaningful rumination or had any cake. Maybe her son took her out for dinner, but I sincerely doubt it was a happy birthday at all for either of them.
 
Remember the whole, "Bob's Bday" incident where Chris got him nothing and Vivian and other trolls got him nice things? It wasn't until the girlfriend at the time was like "well that was very nice of her" that Chris was like "oh, well I'm planning to go out and get him a card later" that he admitted that he hadn't even considered getting something for his dad. I'm kinda worried that he didn't even considered getting Barb anything...
