Every single game I watched in the past couple of weeks has ended in a bullpen collapse. This one was primarily caused by the 2 relievers that were traded for to stop the bullpen from collapsing.
It's time to

My only wish is for Evo to win the AL Cy Young at this point.

I remember reading a comment on a Pitching Ninja video in Spanish about maybe adding subtitles to his videos a year ago which reminds me that there are spics and japs who watch his videos too. It makes me chuckle every time he randomly bursts into a Waylon Jennings song for Spencer Schwellenbach or randomly screams 'Regulators' for Will Warren knowing there's bound to be at least one spic or jap that gets confused why this Jew started singing or yelling all of a sudden.

Anyway, I know the Yankees are skidding hard so is the AL MVP Cal Raleigh's to lose or is Judge's return just in time to give Cal a run for his money?

Leftist MLB (which seems to be most of it these days) is all aflutter because it was revealed that the Yankees drafted a player from Canada/Wyoming/Utah who drew a swastika on some Jew's dorm room door when he was 17 & drunk.

The prospect is now 21. He also had a DUI last year.

The kid apparently called all 30 teams personally pre-draft to explain his past. He supposedly did a 6-8 week Jewish history rehabilitation course & earned atonement from Jewish leaders.

Nevertheless, Redditors predictably want him cast out of baseball forever to go work a wagie job instead as penance because 17 is old enough in their eyes to know better than to commit a hate crime. And because they personally never committed a shoah when they were blackout drunk.

Future Hall of Famer right there.

Unless Judge plays like total shit for the last month of the season or Raleigh puts up another month similar to his June then I think it's still Judge's to win.

I'm not seeing how the Yankees are skidding hard or at all right now. They started off the month by losing 5 straight, but since then they've gone 9-4 and they won 5 in a row before last night's loss.

So, are the Red Sox for real? I pay next to no attention to beisbol except when the Red Sox field a credible team. And when I last looked (around the all-star break) I figured this was another year of two games above or below .500. Yet they're now leading the Wild Card. No clue how that happened.

Yankees had a brief skid when Judge got injured for a bit and Anthony Volpe's fielding has left a lot to be desired recently.

I think Boston can hold on, if not even clinch the division (I don't trust the Jays to keep it together long enough to hold on). The offense looks potent all around, they have a bonafide ace in Garret Crochet although the rest of the rotation has been middling and inconsistent (they might be able to tinker with Dustin May enough to turn him into their #2 starter), and their bullpen's looking fine, especially with the Cuban Missile still blowing people away. The AL feels open right now and I think they can make a splash. Thank god they're not in the NL, it's been a bloodbath there with a new breakout team turning into the #1 team in baseball every 3 months (currently the Brewers).

I don't disagree that the Jays are a paper tiger. They've been playing .500 ball since the ASB and have lost some embarrassing series against the As, Orioles, Royals & Pirates.

Vlad has been out for a week after hurting himself on Monday against Pittsburgh stretching for a ball at 1B (though he's still not on the IL and picked up a bat in extra innings yesterday as a least a feigned threat).

But the field is running out of railroad track. The Jays are 22 games above .500 with 76 wins. They have six healthy SP after Shane Bieber debuted, Their lineup, while flawed, is healthy except for Vlad & Anthony Santander who isn't going to play again this year.

Their bullpen has bee awful lately but similarly has too much depth to continue to be this bad.

r/baseball is shitting all over their favorite punching bad Trevor Bauer again. Because he kicked an opposing player's bat lying on the grass while walking off the field. Tons of pearlclutching because apparently touching another player's equipment is some unforgivable decorum sin in the Land of the Rising Sun.

Apparently former MLB pitcher Koji Uehara was on the broadcast in the clip condemning Bauer's disrespect, claiming something along the lines that it was the most out-of-control outburst of rage that he'd ever seen in a pro.

TBH, I didn't realize Bauer was back pitching in the NPB. He's 34 now and seems to be playing regularly but pitching below average as a starter.

What's perhaps more notable is that deep within the sea of Redditor "Two Minutes of Hate", some rando gave the most comprehensive breakdown I've ever come across re: the synopsis of his 4 alleged accusers. The description is unsourced & the commenter seems at least nominally pro-Bauer. But I thought it was interesting & worth archiving what the story & allegations behind Bauer's permanent blacklisting from the MLB actually were.

22 year old half Chinese Mets prospect Jonah Tong debuted last night to a W with the offence setting a record 19 runs in support. He's copied Tim Lincecum's delivery and the early results are good. Their other recent call up Nolan Maclean won his first 3 games and is the number 2 ranked pitcher on Roster Resource/Fangraphs for the last 2 weeks. The Mets deadline trades were all duds so they are quite lucky they had 2 pitching studs on deck. Also the Reds nose dived last week so it looks like the NL playoff mix is set. Though a Mets collapse and Giants last minute run would not be unheard of.

I was reading earlier Redditors talking about how the Crawford Boxes in Houston had been a deathtrap for years without actually having seen the Taylor Ward clip yet.

No one mentioned that there's essentially five feet of padding already there. And Ward had the misfortune of bouncing his noggin headfirst above that line.

I was thinking to myself after watching the Ward clip "Isn't the Green Monster in Boston essentially one giant metal scoreboard as well?"

I didn't come across any Redditor bitching about Boston. Only lots of commentary that Reddit wants to rip out the brick walls at Wrigley as well.

Framber Valdez is a nigger and like all niggers, he can't control his animal impulses.

I hope that this nigger piece of shit doesn't get signed by anyone in the offseason...or if he does get signed by some idiotic team, that those fans will know their team is a fucking clown show.

Back in the old days the entire dugout would have beaten the dog shit out of this monkey for having the unmitigated gall to throw at this own team-mate.
